I started going to German High Tech to get three of my company’s vehicles inspected 2 years ago. Brian is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He thoroughly inspects our vehicles and gives great insight when he sees a potential problem. I have also trusted him to inspect my personal vehicle as well. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else.

I had to take our 2018 VW Tiguan to German High Tech twice within two weeks (two different, unrelated issues). They do stellar work and the repairs both times were completed per the detailed estimate. Brian was extremely helpful and considerate. I am very satisfied with the work done and will definitely return. I HIGHLY recommend the shop.

I had inspection there. The people are very efficient and nice. It only took 10 minutes. So great customer service and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

The shop manager Vladimir is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was in the process of dropping my car off for a 600$ maintenance service, waited inside the small lobby for 15 minutes, and he came in super hot headed all because I was waiting for my ride. I wouldn’t trust leaving a 5,000$ car there much less a 80k car given the fact he’s the shop manager. If he thinks that kind of behavior is okay, who knows what kind is behavior is acceptable behind the closed doors!I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
