Initially impressed. Very nice office with kind Dr.’s and assistants. My pup needed a benign lump removed and we agreed upon a surgical solution. Prior to scheduled surgery I was notified of a required vaccine for the safety of other pets in their care (not rabies) - it would be administered the day of surgery. I explained that giving the vaccine was not necessary and would not make a difference either way if administered the day of surgery. Staff agreed it wouldn’t make a difference but that was their policy. Found another hospital that doesn’t needlessly require unnecessary vaccinations.

I’ve been taking my dog here for years. The front desk is always very sweet and accommodating. We loved Dr. Amy and we see Dr. Jeffery now, whom we also love!

Everyone there was very welcoming and patient. Took the time to answer my questions and make suggestions instead of just rushing us in and out like some other places we have been.

Depressing to think they demanded to perform a virus/bacteria test with the word of the high schooler-with-an-attitude who is all they would grace our presence with. It’s a racket. If they need to see what kind of infection my golden retriever has in his ear, before even taking a look at it, then they don’t have enough experience for me to take me to take my dogs. Teenybopper in the treatment room refused to let the veterinarian look at the dog without charging me for the type of bacteria-Test upfront. Doctors don’t even demand that for humans let alone a very young person they subjected us to who could not answer and questions. Just a money grab, combined with a power-hungry highschooler with an attitude. Never again.

We've been using them for about 5 years and couldn't be happier. Our senior dog entered the chat with a slew of preexisting issues, and we are beyond grateful for the care and compassion she (and we) are shown at every visit. Today, we showed up without an appointment because some of her issues flared up overnight. The front office staff was great about getting her in with only a minimal wait. Dr. Jeffrey and the technician (I forgot her name, but she was awesome and we loved her! Please give her extra high fives, PTO or hugs, whichever HR approves, lol) were patient with our concerns and offered up care options with a range of costs and actions, and helped us feel like better pet parents regardless of what our choice was, which is really wonderful. Checking out was done with empathy and concern as well, which is nice when you're dropping a couple hundred every visit (because of her issues, not because of the treatment costs being too high). Overall, it feels like everyone here always operates with the care of the patient and the concern of the owner always in the forefront of their minds, and it's something we appreciate!! Thank you from stinky old Marlo and her humans ? We love y'all!

I have been taking my animals here for years.Took my dog yesterday for a broken/hurt leg. The nurse was rude, treated me like a terrible owner. Stumbled over her words. Only cared about the dog being vaccinated not about her broken leg. Extremely Rude!!!!!!!
The nurse wanted to re do all my dogs vaccines stating the weren't real because they were from the breeder or tractor supply, she did not give me the option of only having the rabies the vaccine, and was extremely rude to me.
The nurse acted as if I was not going to get my dog vaccinated at all, when that was not the case, I was in fact only worried about her leg at the time. Very rude and judgemental.
The vet herself was amazing. Not the nurse.
