Awesome group! Brought in a water damaged iPhone 11 and I thought there was no hope. Dropped it off and returned with the phone operating like nothing happened! They saved me as it is for business and personal use. No data loss and the cost was very affordable considering the situation. Will bring all future repairs to them. I took my phone in for damage to the camera lenses causing pictures with a glare. They were able to determine quickly my camera lens was fine & it was just the protector. They promptly repaired it, replaced my cracked screen protector, & got me a new case. The lady & gentleman were very professional & the parts were very affordable. I will definitely recommend this business to my friends & family. Thank you

Our new puppy decided to use my Galaxy S22 for a dog bone. Cracked the face and frame. Thought it would never work again. Could no longer call or use my apps.Called FIX, and confirmed it was probably fixable. Took it in and waited about 30 minutes. Phone works perfectly now. Highly recommend FIX to fix your phone. They repaired one of my phones over a year ago and I was very satisfied with their service. Naturally when I had problems with another phone I took it to them again.My Motorola phone had water damage, so they asked me to leave it on their shop until they could get some parts to give me a free diagnosis. That took about a week. Once the parts came in they called me back saying that even with the new parts my phone couldn't be repaired. They said they were going to put it back together and they would call me once it was ready for pick up.They didn't call me for another week, but it didn't bother me since the diagnosis was free and I wasn't in need of the phone.I called their shop, and they said I could come pick it up. I got it from them and the lady on the desk told me they were sorry they couldn't fix it.I went my marry way and didn't bother to closely inspect the phone, because I trusted them after all.I hadn't grab the phone until today (about three weeks later) because I needed to know the model in order to get a new one. To my surprise, two of the camera lenses on the phone were missing. No one else has messed with the phone since I got it back from them.I understand that my phone couldn't be repaired and is pretty much worthless now, but that doesn't mean they could just help themselves to spare parts without my consent. That is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.I cannot return to a place that treats their customer like that.

The service here is top notch! They replaced the screen on my Galaxy s21 ultra flawlessly and 10 out of 10 would use them again for future repairs! They know what they are doing and they are fast and efficient.

They replaced the screen on my phone about 3 weeks ago. There were a few function glitches I notified them about. I was told to bring it down asap. They replaced the screen without question and really quick. Now that's service! Very reasonable price too, in fact, they beat most others prices.

I've brought my phone in twice to them. Once for screen replacement once for charging port. Both times they were able to fix my device the same day. The screen job they did for half of what the last place charged me a month ago . Charging port cost me a bit more than i expected. All I all they did quality work fixing my device and i highly recommend them.
