Boy Scout camp in the middle of nowhere and package was delivered on time as promised.

Why would you call yourself a ship-site but provide no supplies for purchase to send out your items. That makes no sense, additionally, the representative who had tall blonde curly hair could’ve been a little more inviting before telling me off. Not coming back here again.

Went into OfficeMax to have a box shipped via FedEx and the customer service rep was absolutely useless and lazy.
He/She (name tag: Nichole) turned the computer around to me to fill out the information and walked away.
That’s your job, not mine!
I grabbed my package and walked out.
Lazy, rude and useless.
I will not be going back to this store for anything.
And 1 star is too much.

The kid they have working here said he doesn't know how to send via certified or priority mail so that it can be tracked. Then he says it's not really a shipping center and that is more of a drop off location even though it says "shipping site". I'm so annoyed with the lack of customer service in our country. Customer service is seriously at an all time low and no one working customer service seems to care.

The people are nice but they don’t have a QR code scanner which makes this location useless for me personally
