I’ll probably never go to a salon again because of my visit here. I wanted a trim and to get my color evened out since the first time I went the color came out uneven. She cut my hair first, telling me I had about 3 inches of dead ends I needed to cut. I wasn’t happy about it but hey, they were dead ends, so I said okay. She cut off almost five inches! Then after doing the color (which was completely different from the original color I wanted) she said she needed to “clean up the cut”. I figured that meant straightening it or getting a couple strays. NOPE another inch of hair was cut off. I’ve been trying to grow my hair for years. I was also overcharged. I was in literal shock and didnt say anything because what is she going to do? Glue the hair back to my head? Still can’t look in the mirror without wanting to cry days later.

Update: went again showed a picture of the color I wanted asked for brown sugar with red highlights. I have almost a burgendy /purple color with brown low lights! NOT at all what I wanted but what do you do once its on and done? So not only the wrong color but it is on my skin and keeps running. When I wash my hair the water runs redish orange even after washing it multiple times. Never had to worry about the color running like this ever. WORST APPOINTMENT EVER! Will not be back.
Jaya was fantastic and very helpful. I will definitely be back she gave great recommendations. I highly recommend her.

It was my first time getting a haircut in a long while luckily Jaya was able to guide me in the process and got me looking right. She did an outstanding job.

Jaya did my hair cut and hair color, she did a fantastic job as this was first time for me that I was trying a color. She helped me with selecting color and did not rush me at all!! She was patient and calm while doing my hair cut and hair color both, gave me the best blow dry look! ?

Jaya is so good with 1) color 2) cuts 3) extremely curly hair (my son’s). I got exactly what I wanted which is she brought the lightness of the ends up to the roots with very thin subtle highlights.

Specialties: I had low lights and she knew exactly how much my hair needed just perfect.Stylist: Kayla Balagtas was great. She was fast and I don't know if I ever paid that cheap for my hair color before. I definitely will be back.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well Olivia & yaya did the best color & permanent for my wife & my self was very happy turned on the amaizing hair cut Olivia did because my hair was longer to my shoulder and she with a little advice from my wife she did me flat tap with scissors and remains me when my father me being young he took me to the gentleman Barber shop old school dudes and Make sure I did looked I was on the sanatorium with a white robe" ps" Rusk State mental hospital.,! Is easier to come in but harder to get out like hotel California but you can't never leave

The folks there are always friendly and personable. Brian is truly awesomely skilled in making folks look their best. He not only shapes the hair on the my head, but also trims my eyebrows and any crazy earhairs carefully and swiftly.

Went to get our hair done there and they were truly fantastic. Staff was very knowledgeable my hair color was great I went with their recommendation. My son’s hair was also done and he loved the cut. My daughter came in with red dyed hair not only did they fix it the color they used was beautiful and didn’t have to double process her hair. Brenda Brian and Grace are the best. I have been coming to this location for a few years now and they never disappoint.Back again February 2024 another fantastic cut and color. Brian has done it again.
