Very, very nice & friendly folks every time I've visited. Went in yesterday and they suggested alternative shipping methods specifically to lower my cost. She then went the extra mile by remembering specific details and leaving a note on my receipt to match each tracking number with its corresponding package. A small detail, but that really stuck out to me as going above and beyond, especially as these were important shipments and it really helps me to know which package was which.

Amy was amazing! I realized on 7/9/23 that I lost my USPS receipt from 3/15/23 and I needed it for proof of mailing. Amy was able to look up my name and provide that receipt to me within seconds. She was super accommodating and friendly and helpful!

Terrible service. Provided incorrect information about services offered and accused me of lying about it. After being a customer for 15+ years I will never go back.

Mailed a box of chocolates to my daughter in college at UT Austin fo Valentine's Day and I had the address written on the outside of the box. The clerk pulled up her name in the computer and printed her old address from 2 college apartments ago. The package finally made it back to Magnolia, undelivered and of course the contents ruined. I took the outer wrapper with proof of my written address and their misprinted label into store to see if I could receive a refund because it cost nearly $20 to mail, not counting the chocolates. The manager was not in, but I left my name, number and the packaging and I've not heard from them. Will not be using them again.
