If there was a rating for negative this store is horrible do not shop here that would be my choice. The girl with the short blonde hair( refused to give her name) was extremely rude, and unprofessional. Drive to another location, do not shop at this one!

Went to check out and the self check out only took cash, went to check out at the register and was rudely told by the young blonde girl she was on break and we would All have to wait for someone else to come and ring us up. She promptly went into the office and closed the door leaving us all standing there. Awful customer service . We all could have bagged our things and walked out the door.

This particular store SUCKS in every way possible! I haven't seen the entire store stocked since it opened. Seems like the "system" is always down.. can not put money on a card to save your life. And as for the employees.. just rude most of the time. This place just wears me out and puts me in a bad mood.

Went into the store at 5:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday but $45 worth of stuff got to the register handed them $100 bill and they told me they could not take $100 bill. A $100 bill has written on the front of it. This note is legal, tender for all debts, public and private yet Dollar General won’t take it.

This store will steal from if you don’t double check prices before paying. They don’t have correct prices posted. Sometimes the digital coupon system is down but they don’t tell you until you realize you’ve been overcharged. Today, the manager tried to refuse my return even though I had my receipt and purchased the items less than 24 hours ago.

For the most part they always have what I need. Convenient since it's less then a mile from my house. Problem is tags are often in the wrong spot or priced wrong. A few cents, no big deal. $1.50 difference is a big deal to me. When I brought it to the associates attention she didn't deny it was priced wrong then promptly pulled out a folder of overdue price changes. I told her that's not my problem and she informed me it's no one's problem. Actually it is...it's your problem.

I shop At this store often because it's very close to my house. Usually everyone is pretty friendly and helpful, but today was much different. I went there looking for baking soda but was having trouble finding it, so I asked a worker where it would be. The first time I asked, she ignored me, so I asked again. This time she looked up at me and said "the other aisle". I said "um the other aisle"? She said "yeah the other aisle". i shrugged it off and went on looking for the baking soda in the "other aisle" which I finally did find. after that I went to the register to check out and stood there for at little over a minute while the cashier was off to the side texting on her phone. I didn't say anything. I just waited until she looked up and saw me. She didn't say a word to me as she rung up my purchases and after I paid and the receipt printed, she tore it off and literally threw it at me sideways while coldly saying "have a blessed day". Then immediately walked away. I don't know if dg changed their training program recently, but that Is definitely not good customer service. I will definitely think twice before going there again.

Store smelled rather sour/mildewy/funky upon entering (weird). Out of 8 total items on my list, I only managed to get 3 of them. Huge gaps on the shelves in many places. I had to go to a second DG after this place.
