I brought my truck in for a flat, Joey helped me at the counter, was extremely helpful and very upbeat and professional, they changed my rear tire for a flat from a staple, they were extremely busy but still did a fantastic job, ended up having an issue and needed to bring my truck back in, I was helped immediately and they took care of it and fixed the issue as soon as possible, Sammy checked me out, super happy and personable guy, awesome team here! I highly recommend them

Today, my experience with Discount Tires at 1488 was five stars; the main reason was Greg, who helped since the beginning, on the phone and in person. Ask for him if you want above-and-beyond service.I replaced my four tires with Michelin Premier LTX.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Be careful at this Discount Tire, you are going to get completely different stories from each employee you talk to. On 1/4/24 I noticed I had a bubble In my tire so the next day when they opened I took my car in and I obviously needed a new tire. The employee that I was talking to said I only had warranty certificates on two of my tires. (I could have sworn I had it on all 4 but whatever) He then told me that because they couldn’t tell which tires has warranties and which ones didn’t they were going to replace my tire for free this time. I thanked him for that, then he asked if I wanted to purchase warranties for the other two tires and I said yes. On the 6th when I took my car in to get the new tire put on I told them I had changed my mind about adding the warranty because my tires weren’t brand new anyway so I just decided that I would add that on the next set of tires I get. He told me that if I didn’t buy the warranty on 3 tires that I would have to pay for the “free” tires they were putting on my car because that wasn’t one of the ones I had the warranty on. I told him that he was contradicting what the guy the previous day had told me. Within less than 24 I got two different stories. First I was getting a free tire because they couldn’t tell which ones had a warranty on them and the next day I was either paying $122 for the warranties on them or I was paying $103 for a new tire. When I spoke to the manager he told me I “got a good deal” because I got a free tire put on my car. That supposed “free” tire cost me $122. Next time I need a set of tires I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I brought my car to discount tire because it had a nail in it and wasn’t holding air. The tech told me that my tire could not be patched and I would need a whole new tire. They supposedly replaced my tire and charged me $300. A week later that same tire was still not holding air. I went back in to have the tech look at it. He said, “You have a nail in your tire and will need it replaced.” I told him that I was in the week before and that they told me they replaced my tire. He said that the tire was definitely not new… it was from 2022 when I bought the truck. I was completely lied to.

12.8.23 Ok, I have been to a Discount Tire store on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. (Where is my paycheck?) I stopped at the Cypress location on Wednesday evening and had them install new tire sensors on all 5 of my tires. (4 on the ground, and my spare tire) Well, all was going well until they could not get them to program to my car. The Cypress location could not get them to work so they sent me to the Magnolia location. So on Thursday I headed to Magnolia Discount Tires and they could not get them to work either. They tried several times, several different ways and still nothing. They installed 5 new ones in a different brand and....they will NOT program to my car either. I was told to drive it for a while and come back on Friday. Today is Friday, and I went back to Magnolia DT and they tried to program them AGAIN. Still nothing. They do not understand why it will not connect. Discount Tires charges $60 for each sensor (labor included). ($300) The Toyota dealership wanted to charge $180. per sensor and then add labor charges to it. Another words over $1000! This is highly RIDICULOUS to me. The team at the Magnolia Discount Tires was very helpful even though they could not get them to program they went over and above trying different ways to fix this problem. They called different locations for tips, called some tech team at corporate to help and as I am writing this they are still trying to resolve this problem and I am not even there anymore. Great service, knowledgeable staff. It's definitely the standard by which I judge all tire shops. I wish they did alignments for a 6 shop for all thing tire related. Road ha,and warranty is worth the added cost

Wow, Just wow. Ordered tires online, paid online, made appointment. Showed up 40 mins early, they got me in right way and had new shoes on my truck in about 20 minutes. I don’t really think you can beat that level of service.

Most professional run discount tire store I ever visited. Everyone has a smile, they greet as soon as you come in the door. They are timely and very courteous. They reviewed everything tire related to my vehicle with me. This store meets and exceed all my expectations.

Well as usual brought my f150 in for some tires r&r absolutely gave total top notch service they were extremely busy parking lot full 105 degrees they have no AC in the shop and the guys were killing it they deserve a lot of appreciation i thank all you guys for the work. Stay safe
