Today I not only want to give 5 stars for Chase Bank, but especially for Miss Blanca Lopez. Their treatment was incredibly good and I can safely say that I am a pleased customer. For a month now I have had problems with my Chase account, and even though I received very good treatment at other branches I was always left with the feeling that something needed to be done, because my problem was still unresolved. Today I wanted to try my luck once again, and Miss Lopez was understanding and cordial with my situation. He literally did EVERYTHING that could have been done on his part, even though it took up a full hour of his time. Given the situation, she offered to finish the entire process herself so as not to make me wait unnecessarily longer and she did so. He stayed in communication with me and everything seems to indicate that this time everything will be resolved. However, I have to say that even if it is still not resolved, I was very happy to have received such careful attention. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

They always do me right! They even made sure my new LLC card was retrieved at my office. I deal with several banks and this branch is top notch! From the manager to the tellers! Makes me feel I back in the day of customer service. Even my bucky likes going ????

My husband and I have banked with Chase for many years. We have several accounts including a business account. We went into the branch on 1488 in Magnolia today to open another account for my husband's company. When we walked in a woman was standing similar to a guard and asked us what we needed, I proceeded to explain that we needed to speak to a banker, she asked what it was in regard to, although surprised I said we needed to open an account. She had the audacity to tell me that we needed to just leave our name and number and when the banker had time for an appointment, she would call us!!! I was so shocked I said well we will just go to another bank, she said okay!! We just turned around and walked out! My husband was so mad he wants to close our accounts. The worst service we have ever received from Chase.

Worst location I’ve ever been to, the tellers are awful!! Manager is no better. When you have a check written from another customer deposited into a chase account absolutely no reason for a hold when balances are good in both accounts.
