Worst customer service ever. Will not be returning to this store. Last weekend they sent out a 30% coupon through email so I decided to give them another try. At the register I showed associate my email with coupon and because she couldn't find me in the system she did not allow me to use the coupon. She said they had just changed their POS system and maybe that's why she couldn't find me. Thing is I had received that email that morning. It was a missed sell for them as I left $300 with of merchandise in store.

Even though I live close to this store I had never heard of them until today and after the rude customer service I experienced today now I know why. I was referred to the store as I was looking to do an even exchange for a Consuela bag that I received as a gift. I bought the item in the store in a paper bag, and kindly approached the register to inquire if it would be possible to do an even exchange. The clerk was extremely rude and almost acted I was trying to steal something. Even though they carry the identical item they refused to do an even exchange unless I had a receipt, which I didn't have as it was a gift. I was not trying to get money back or even store credit. All I wanted to do was an even exchange for a different color. If this is their store policy and it was politely explained I would have stayed and shopped. But rude customer service means I will take my money somewhere that treats potential customers with respect.

Went to this store today and was accused to stealing by the owner. Felt very off putting since we were the only POC's there! Spent $300 and will not be spending a cent again. honestly, thinking of returning our stuff because of how disrespected we feel.

If you want 1st class personal service, shop CACTUS FLOWER. I live in Ohio & do a lot of online shopping with Texas retailers. ( mainly buying Consuela, which is not so prevalent in this part of the country). Katherine is very helpful. She handles the online orders & is an asset to this shop. She goes out of her way to communicate & solve all issues.Thank you.
