“I have taken my cars there many times over the years and have been blessed by their caring and heartfelt service. They really go out of their way to help you and make it work. They once offered me a payment plan in order for me to be able to have my car working as soon as possible so I could work (I was a delivery driver at the time) when I had an unexpected and large fix. I didn't even ask them to. Such a huge blessing! Recently, I had to get my car in, and because of my working hours, I didn't even see them. They allowed me to drop the car off and pick it up after hours and pay over the phone. We have built a relationship of trust. It is a blessing in my life to have Carter Automotive near my house- Ashley and Greg do quality work, are transparent about costs, and will go out of their way to help.I've lost count of how many times I have been blessed by their service. I drive away feeling like I am taken care of, my car is running well again, and I know exactly what I paid for and for how much. They have even gone so far as to estimate new versus used parts pricing for me- to help me be able to afford the fix if needed, but still give me the option to have the full warranty and pay for the new one. Ashley does a good job making sure to stay in contact with me and fully get my permission to do the work, with the exact pricing upfront, before they begin working. I have never paid a penny more than what we agreed upon beforehand.Their lobby and bathroom are always clean, and when I have had to wait there, I feel welcomed and there is always a nice and wholesome tv show playing- normally a Christian program. I appreciate and feel comforted by the openness of their faith and how they serve with that same faith guiding them.My whole family trusts their cars with Carter Automotive- even my grandmother who lives in the Spring area over 20 minutes away. Before I first took my car to Carter Automotive, I did not feel like I knew a mechanic that I trusted would take good care of me and my car, and now I do. When someone offers me the idea of going to this or that mechanic- someone that they recommend to me- I honestly feel a sense of pride and happiness declining them and telling them " No thank you, I am going to take it to my family's mechanic Carter Automotive down the street. I trust them and have taken my cars there many times."My only complaints are that I wish they were open on the weekends and that I sometimes have to make an appointment with them a day or two later because they are busy doing their good work. You can hardly call that a complaint though, and I honestly don't mind the wait, because knowing my car is in good hands is worth the wait for me!”

I was lucky that they answered and were able to help me get off the road and get my vehicle and myself into a safe area.
