Has to have one of the nasty nastiest restroom on 45 are in Texas haven't seen a restroom that dirty and stinky in years thought about buying some Churches but I figured if restroom was that nasty dont want to eat from that place

Never in my life !!! Lady was sitting outside of the store and watched people come in the store . I waited At the counter and see just sat outside on her phone . I went outside and ask her if anyone was working in the inside . She then proceeded to cuss me out and said see was going to call the police: the woman was under the influence of something. I will be reporting this to corporate. This behavior is unacceptable.

The variety of choices was nice and the women's restroom had soap! I really liked the iced drink. The men's restroom smelled through the doors & into the hallway.

Gassed up here before getting back on the highway. Most people go to Buc-ees on the other side of the 45. This was our intention too... until we saw hundreds upon hundreds of cars over there. I made a U-turn on the bridge since it was clear and came to this Timewise instead. We liked that this place had no wait.We liked that we didn't need to run inside.We liked that it was literally RIGHT off 45.Even if this place charged a bit more, avoiding the over-hyped, over crowded, ginormous Buc-ees was worth it.

This Timewise was my family's bathroom stop as a midpoint between Dallas and Houston long before Buccees existed. It even passed the test of being able to change my daughter's diapers, make baby bottles, and potty training (almost 20 yrs ago). We've seen them through Chevron, Exxon, and Mobile gas brands. It is convenient because it happens to be on the right side of the hwy coming into Madisonville. Every now and then, it hasn't smelled or looked the best, but it was do-able. When Buccees opened, I kept coming here to avoid the Buccees traffic, especially during peak Seasons. Over the past 3-4 yrs I have been doing Buccees depending on my mood and if I wanted a particular snack. Today, I was tired and just wanted a quick pit stop so I asked my husband to swing in here. Lo and behold! The bathrooms are the worst they have ever been in 20 yrs. The smell was horrible and trash was everywhere, including the unmentionable women's products . Meanwhile, there are 2 very capable ladies/workers standing at the front with no customers in the store. You have got to be kidding me! Well, even though this was just a bathroom stop, if I planned on purchasing anything, these bathrooms would make me wanna get outta this place quick, fast, and in a hurry!!! The previous review was spot on! So much for marketing, presentation, competition, and customer service! I guess everyone in the area just through that down the toilet (pun intended) when Buccees opened. As of today, this is no longer on my bathroom list.

So disappointed. Chose to stop here as opposed to a bigger gas station. It was just me and my 8 month old. Walk in to the bathroom to realize there’s no diaper changing station. I had to put my daughter back in the car seat in a dirty diaper to drive across the street. Waste of time.

I tried to get gas twice. The pump wouldn't work. Went inside and the cashier was outside the store talking to someone. I was already close to being late for my drill with the army reserves. She made me fall even further behind schedule. Definitely not convenient.
