We just moved to Iola, Texas and this company has been amazing. James was honest with us about an estimated time for propane installation since it had been raining nonstop for days. They got us our propane in a timely manner and worked diligently to work us into their busy schedules to help provide us with our other propane needs. What a great company to work with! I called them this morning in a panic when I realized we were basically out of propane, and we have single digit weather on the way. The lady on the phone told me the driver was booked with 60 deliveries to make, but would try to work us in. Otherwise it would be Wednesday before we could get any. I got home this afternoon with a hang tag on the door. We got propane! Thanks all of you at JB Propane for keeping my family warm in this ridiculous weather.

When will you begin servicing your regular customers that are on the waiting list for propane. So far we have had good service, but this is a critical time for a business such as yours to resume deliveries to your customers.

Great job! They routed the new gas lines for our outdoor kitchen and you could not even tell the work had been done. Cleaned up their mess, hid all the connections as well. Thanks to you for running a great business.

Bought a brand new 500 gallon tank from j&b propane and had them install it. The plug on the bottom of the tank was left loose when they installed it allowing the propane to leak out. They came out and just tightened the plug. Didn’t remove it and inspect the threads or add a thread sealeant to all the threads to insure it wouldn’t happen again. I spoke with the owner directly and he was unwilling to accept the negligence on his behalf and I was firmly told he would not replace any propane. I went through 600 gallons of propane in 1 year (200 gallons in March 2018, another 400 gallons November 2018 and it’s empty April 2019).

I would give them zero if I could.We brought a tank over to get refilled and they told us that we didn't have the correct valve to refill it so I told us that it would be an extra $30.We said fine just refill it. +$25They broke a gage that was previously attached and placed it on the tank without alerting anyone.My husband picked it up after work and noticed the have was moving and it fell off while moving it into his truck. When He called they told him they would replace it and refill it.Get there this morning and they told him they can't replace the valve they broke because they don't carry it and if they had to go get it it would cost extra.The lady in front desk proceeds to berate my husband about storing the tank. my husband asked if he could put a chain on in the tank so it doesn't get stolen. She told him "if it gets stolen well replace it" YEAH RIGHT. YOU DIDN'T REPLACE THE VAVLE YOUR RUDE EMPLOYEES BROKE SO WHAT MAKES YOU THINK WE'D BELIEVE YOU WHEN YOU SAY YOU'LL REPLACE A WHOLE TANK?? THIS LADY PROCEEDED TO CONGRATULATE MY HUSBAND FOR "ACTUALLY HAVING A JOB"LIKE WHERE DOES SHE THINK WERE GETTING THE MONEY TO PAY FOR YOUR MISTAKES? Don't take your propane here. They do what they can to get whatever they can out of you and they do it shamelessly.

We have been going to JB propane for a few years now. The staff has always been nice to us,any of my family goes in, and they are always helpful. They have shown us such kindness, and i really enjoy buying from this company.
