The one star I gave isn’t deserved, only given to leave the review. I stopped here four days ago, and a young Hispanic female was behind the counter. I asked for $45.00 in pre-paid gas, and $3.00 fuel additive, tried to swipe my fuel rewards card, and she, in an extremely rude fashion, told me I was supposed to tell her I had the card before she rang it up. I asked, well can’t you just void it? She said, no, and was basically refusing me service at that point because she was going to have to void the transaction anyway, and very easily could have re-rang my purchase. I said, I’ll just go somewhere else then, and she said, go ahead. I’ve been in the situation where the clerk forgot to ASK me if I had a fuel rewards card, and very graciously re-rang my purchase, because it is their responsibility to ASK, it’s their job. I don’t always remember to tell them, nor should the customer have to. This disgraceful person took $50.00 out of the owner’s pocket and threw it in the garbage, just so she could feel important and look cool in front of her friend who was standing there and observing. I’ve called corporate, and am working on getting ahold of he owner.
