Whoever hired gay ann should be ashamed of themselves. This was hands-down the weirdest, most disrespectful and lazy encounter I've ever had at a gas station in my life. I came in stood at the counter for nearly 2 minutes while she finished whatever she was doing on the lottery machine. I don't mind waiting but she never acknowledged me once and neither did anyone else. Judging from the other rating and my experience, this store is very poorly managed

I don't trust this Shell. Air pressure for tires doesn't work most of the time. Broken debit machines on pumps

If your pumps are broken, you might want to put signs on them rather than screaming at people through the intercom. 0 ☆

Nice shell station located off I-45 which has a very good selection and nice staff. Although the the chicken restaurant was closed, the C-Store was open. The fountain drink price (32oz) is 1.79 which is reasonable. The Kinder Bueno Candy here is 1.99 (2.00 rounded) which is a deal. I hope this station keeps doing well.-Shy_Gun670

Gassed up here before getting back on the highway. Most people go to Buc-ees on the other side of the 45. This was our intention too... until we saw hundreds upon hundreds of cars over there. I made a U-turn on the bridge since it was clear and came to this Timewise instead. We liked that this place had no wait.We liked that we didn't need to run inside.We liked that it was literally RIGHT off 45.Even if this place charged a bit more, avoiding the over-hyped, over crowded, ginormous Buc-ees was worth it.
