Food & drinks: We stayed for 4 days. Breakfast was the same every day, dried out egg bites and potatoes. The sausage was edible. Waffle batter was very thin. When it ran out at 8:30, we were told breakfast was over at 9, and it wouldn't be worth making more batter.

Bugs everywhere!! Not clean at all. Priceline said Quality inn would be the one to refund me. I’ve called and no call back!! Someone needs to make this right. Didn’t stay!

Our room was not clean, hair on the floor, walls dirty, bugs inside the room. The coffee maker in the room was broke. The cleanex box was empty in the room. The guy at the front desk or the manager didn't compensate me at all for the nasty room. We went down for breakfast the orange and apple juice was not working. The lemonade tasted like lemon water. Our family have been staying at this hotel for years during our reunion weekend and quality of the hotel is continuing to go down. The only good thing is the locatio b/c it's near the food places and right off the highway.
Rooms: The rooms are needs to be remodeled !!

Very clean and spacous room a little noisecfrom the road but quiet by 8pm
Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from.
A 3 night was good value and would stay again

Front desk service was great and made accommodations for us.
Room I was in TV would only work with the smartTV and not the cable box, someone had removed the some detector, and the plug to stop the water from draining in the tub was missing.

Great owner who is very involved with the day to day and if you have any concerns Wade will take care of you. He helped us this Thanksgiving tremendously above and beyond when our truck broke down. Location is great bc it’s right across from Buc-ee’

Bringing your pet? Well you may get a "pet room" the doors and walls might be slightly chewed. There might also be an odor, I was warned. But luckily no odor but the slightly chewed stuff was on the money. Also there was trash from other occupants that was missed. Felt safe there and beds were cleaned. Location is great for being across from Buc-ees and next door to the Christmas store.

As we were traveling on the day before Thanksgiving, our vehicle began overheating. We pulled into Buc-ees and waited for the vehicle to cool down, only to discover that it was not repairable.The hotel is just across the street, and we were able to limp the vehicle across the street to the hotel. Not only did they have 2 clean and comfortable rooms available for us, but they also had a very reasonable pet fee ($10), and they did not charge higher prices for the holidays. The next morning, they were able to extend our checkout time to give us time to deal with the disabled vehicle. I am so thankful we found this hotel!

Staying here for a work trip. I am usually wary of motels, but this place was very clean. My room was recently renovated. The only drawback was the shower head did not work properly and the water did not warm up.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff! Will book again! Good size pool in the sun for relaxing. Great breakfast in the morning with so many options. Rooms are clean and spacious. And the ice machine is an industrial size. Our dogs were welcomed too!

Update: the kind gentleman at the desk helped with a different room. A much better experience....Unfortunately, the room must have missed inspection. The bugs in the bed and on the floor appear dead. The shower needs repair.
