Came in for part on March 9th they just sold last one so they said they would order it and be in 10:30 next day March 10th. Planned day around that just to find out part was never ordered.

I went after work to purchase bolts for license plates. Rob assisted me. I asked Rob where I purchase tools to place plates on, "Rob states, I'll put them on for you. People don't realize, but kindness goes a long way. Rob, thank you again. Now I'm legal.

Been doing business there for years, you would think it being in your home town people would be more respectful.. This store really needs to evaluate there employee's. Rob was very rude did not want to help with our needs, It is not appropriate for someone in customer service to roll your eyes and get upset when asked a question. On top of using inappropriate language. We will not be returning to this location until there is more respectful employee's behind the counter.

We were driving from Houston to OKC on frozen roads. Our windshield wipers, supposedly new, were not working for us! We could barely see the road at noon. A wonderful young man replaced them for us in the bitterly cold weather! We are in our 70s. Excellent, friendly service, much appreciated!

The people are great always willing to help problem solve your car troubles. Prices are fair, I purchased my parts online and did a store pick up. That was great I know a lot of places are doing this.

Thank you, Rob, and your staff. Always helpful and quick. If you buy your windshield wiper blades from them, they will definitely volunteer to put them on for you. Now that's service you don't usually get anywhere else!
