I visited the dealership in the last 2 month and I have to say that my visit was extremely pleasant. From receptionist to finance manager - everyone was courteous. Facility is clean and not surprising - lots of parking... after all it's in Texas, where everything is big. Will definitely recommend to my relatives who live in Austin, Texas.

I got my oil changed here yesterday. Hillary was very friendly and professional but it took an hour and forty-five five minutes to pull it off. I asked about what services they performed and she listed everything, including checking the air filter. The service was completed, and I drove home. On the drive, I noticed a bit more noise than I remembered but wrote it off to my imagination. Today I stopped for gas and checked under the hood only to find the air filter housing open and no air filter. Not much more to say. I went back to the dealer and they handed me a new air filter, which I installed in their drive.

Outstanding service. The service department was professional and courteous. The service team helped resolve an issue with our vehicle's battery. Very quick service and clean bathrooms.

HORRIBLE customer service!!!! Will not buy another vehicle or have another vehicle serviced by them. Employee overinflated our tires when being serviced and refused to take responsibility. This caused us to have to buy new tires on a new truck we only put 7k miles on. They said that there was no proof and it had to be our bad driving habits that caused the tires to go bad.

I got the run around to what they had. Drive from Houston to Madisonville to see a really vacant lot. The vehicles they said had over the phone is not what they had. Their lot is vacant and they parked half their vehicles for sale in the dirt so the employees can park on concrete. Another salesmen's scheme to get you up there for vehicles you didn't not want or specify you wanted. No wonder online car sales are popular these days.

We recently had another great pitching experience at Henson Ford. Lawrence Benson our salesman, went the extra mile to get us everything that we wanted in our vehicle. The other staff that we dealt with was also great. We will definitely recommend Henson to everyone looking to make a Ford purchase.

Got a flier saying I won $1000. Got to the dealership acce they gave me a $5 Walmart card. Incredibly dishonest, false advertising, don't buy a car from them, I'm sure they'll screw you over worse. I have filed a false advertisement claim with the FTC, as I took pictures and made copies of the flier. I encourage anyone else they've screwed over to do the same.

This place scams so hard. I got a scratch off from them in the mail that said that I won $1000. I went up there, 45 min drive and they were like yea this is a winner. They took me to a room and got allllllll our info like where we lived and worked and how much we made. Then they told us that we didn't win. They said we won an Apple Watch and then gave us a piece of shit knock off. Horrible how they lie and act like you won and then lie about what you won. They took all of our info just to try and scam us again later. If you get anything in the mail from them, THROW IT AWAY!

Great service great customer experience! They work with me throughout the entire process. I drove all the way from Houston to work with the team. Henson has greater integrity than the city dealerships. No scams or bait and switch!!!

My vehicle was getting work done through insurance and was supposed to be completed within 5 weeks.(They actually told me they didn't want to work on it because it's 10 years old) I didn't get my vehicle back until the middle of week 7 and ended up have to pay over $200.00 out of pocket for their laziness. Within 30 minutes of picking up my vehicle, I was stuck on the side of the road because they didn't place hose clamps back where they were supposed to be which made all of my power steering fluid drain out. Here I am a mom of 2 without a vehicle because of their lack of knowledge and this time I'm stuck driving their disgusting loaner truck that was absolutely filthy inside and out. I'm having problems again with my vehicle because of things they overlooked or neglected. When we contacted them and let them know what was going on the service manager stated they get come tow it but it would be a while to get here and it would take them a to even look at it because they're behind (same excuse they gave me before) I will never take my vehicle back the this so pathetic joke of a shop ever again.

We purchased our vehicle on a whim, the day before leaving for a 7 day vacation. The staff at Henson were wonderful, they completed everything for us so that on the day we returned we picked up the new vehicle. I would definitely do business with them again and have no reservations referring them to my family and friends.

made appointment for truck to be serviced. was told it would take about 3 days. 2 weeks later we picked it up. asked for total labor spent on repairs and told 7 and saw charges of $700.00 plus. total charges on repairs plus labor were over $900.00. wanted 2 tires and they couldn't get those but were willing to sell us what they wanted. it was just a horrible experience. I want deal with them ever again and would never recommending them to anyone.
