The sales experience was fine. Now, however, I'm being told that the service contract I purchased doesn't include oil changes, which I was originally told it did when I signed the papers. Oil changes are a routine service and should be included.

First, let me say that from the beginning I should have run from this dealership. I came into the dealership on 10/7/2023 to purchase a 2020 GMC Acadia. The car was filthy. Not dirty but filthy!!!!! Why in the world would a dealership have a car on the lot without detailing it? There were stains on the front driver and passenger seat as if someone has been sitting in mud. The rear and 3rd row seats were full of red stains. (I pray this was ketchup). There was dog hair in the bottom rear floor and a long black string of hair on the driver rear door. My fiancé and I were shocked. We were both waiting for Ashton Kutcher to jump out because we knew we were punked. Ashton Kutcher never showed up…so this was real. ??♀️. The sales rep, Hunter was nice and apologized. I was told the vehicle was going to be taken off the lot for cleaning. I don’t think it was. Moving on..I selected another vehicle and something shaky was going on. Between the dealership and CapitalOne somebody tried to give me a APR rate of 20%. Who in their right mind is going to pay a APR of 20% on a 2020????? Not me?? I was scratching my head because I couldn’t understand how my APR was this high. Usually, an APR of this amount is for those who have some serious credit challenges. I was told I need to try several other banks. I did and supposedly the banks denied me and the best option would be Capital One. Hmmmmm. Sounds strange.I left without a car but went home to check my credit scores. They were in the mid 600’s. Thank God I didn’t get this vehicle. It was a sign to go somewhere else. Buyer Beware!
*****A little update**** I purchased a 2022 GMC Arcadia with low miles and a 10% APR from Carmax. Don’t let this place rip you off****

Bought a new Camry today. Hands down one of the best places to go if you want stellar customer service and a fair deal. Drew and Lamar made things very smooth and very easy. No unnecessary hassle or mark-ups. They take care of their customers, and they make sure that the customer is happy in the end. The entire experience was praise-worthy and 10/10 would buy from them again.

Wish I could give even more stars! Buying my first car here could not have been a better experience. Nathan was patient, attentive, knowledgeable, informative, and so easy to work with. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and walk through all of my options. He was fair, transparent, and kind. I cannot recommend working with Nathan enough.

Huntsville Toyota and Purdy Group are great people,company and staff salesperson etc to work with. They have taken care if me for the past few years and everything was great. Feel free to drive out of the city of Houston you won't regret it and the sales taxes are cheaper ?.

I had several issues with my 18 year old Tacoma. It was taken in right away and the turnaround time was better than I expected. I will definitely go back to Toyota of Huntsville the next time.

I am not a fan of this dealership. Their sales department is superb. However their service department leaves you feeling completely neglected. They do not communicate what services need to be taken care of on my vehicle, instead they just mark on the paperwork customer declined service. And when you bring it up, you get ignored. Once my free services run out I will NOT be bringing my vehicle back here. Nor will I ever buy another vehicle from this dealership & I’m a Toyota snob! I would rather drive 30+ mins to take my vehicle to a different Toyota dealership for services!

i bought my used toyota sienna from a dealership in Conroe. I am using Huntsville Toyota for all my service and repairs. Huntsville service and repair are the best! They always do a great job and always take care of our service needs with care.
The whole department is very professional and caring. Special thanks to Mike at the front desk and Jim who worked on my van today.

Brought my car in for maintenance with Jessica and my experience was 10/10. She got everything done quickly, she kept me updated, & shuttled me where I needed to go. Definitely would recommend Jessica to be your service advisor!

Monday morning we went to purchase a highlander and the sale price was supposed to be $56000 (+ -). When we arrived we drove the vehicle and it was fine. The paper work was a fiasco. BUYER BEWARE, they added $2995 back, the money they took off because I believe he said that is extra money for the dealership. Watch your paperwork and be aware of things not correct or you will not pay what you agreed on. This happens to more people at car dealerships than you think. It was a waste of time. CD
