These small town gas stations never keep paper in their pumps. If you want a receipt you have to get in line behind folks cashing lottery tickets, or just talking. It's early enough to go and check the pumps. Good thing QT is now across the street.

The lovely woman in there on the mornings I go in is the best. I don't even have to tell her what cigarettes I need, she knows. She is friendly, sweet and always so helpful. I'm sorry I don't know her name. (short red hair)

The cashiers are very friendly. This store usually stays stocked, and their prices are fair. Right off the highway in Mabank, TX.

Friendly folks staffed here around the clock. The station can definitely become busy due to its location, but there are plenty of pumps, lots of space, and only on a few occasions have I ever had to wait in line for any significant amount of time (and in each case it was due to a customer who was either “unprepared” for their transaction or were bickering over cigarette prices/coupons, etc. - So no fault of the store or staff). Shell is my preferred fuel brand, and I have confidence in this location’s quality due to the frequency at which the tanks are filled due to volume of sales. Definitely one of my frequent first or last stops when heading in or out.

Coming off of 175 through Mabank (right past the High School) you will pass directly by this place (if you don't take the business 175 exit that passes the front of the Jr. High). This shell station is just like all others, with the added bonus of a Church's Chicken and a Pizza Inn. The gas station itself is pretty solid. It's worth checking out the keychains and the personalized knives. They usually have some Mabank shirts and quite an interesting selection of local snacks (from local Beef Jerky to local Vanilla Wafers that swear not to get soggy in pudding) and everything in between. Standard colas, ice cream bars, and a fair beer selection. There is an ATM on site here too. The pizza inn usually has extra pizza at the end of the night (I recall from years ago) and you get them on the cheap after 10PM). The gas is usually about 2 cents higher here than the Food Fast, but it is most convenient. If you are rolling by anytime between 11:50PM and Midnight, you may want to detour to another store. They are usually on hold to "count the register." The bathroom is very accessible, when you walk in it is nearly center and to the right, past the coffee. Generally clean, it does offer paper towels and always has soap. They don't have any of the "DFW" small gas station stuff, like impulse buys, kratom, CBD gummies or any of that, but do have cigs and lotto, of course. The staff is always nice and fellow customers will hold the door. I always have to make at least one stop here when I come home.
