I have gone to Jennifer several times and I am always happy with my cut. On the occasion that she colors it, she has always done a perfect job! I like her blunt honesty and we always have good conversations.

I asked if she cuts mens hair. She said yes all the time. Went there to get a hair cut. My hair was long and over my ears, several months growth. Told her I wanted a close summer haircut, with hair trimmed above ears, thinned out and taper hair on back of head. She didn’t cut more than three minutes and said she was done and charged me $20.00. When I got my wife asked why I hadn’t got a haircut, she couldn’t see where any hair was cut. It’s still over my ears.

Do not go to this location. My daughter came home crying because the old woman cutting her hair was rude and did a lousy job. The cut was wrong, nothing like the picture she showed her. The dyed streak was orange not blonde... Not only did she pay her, now we have to pay a real stylist to fix it...

Super bad cut, seems she cut it the way she wanted it?!! I went back in tears, she would do nothing about it! Do not go to this shop! She needs to quit the biz!!!

This has to be one of the best places I've ever accidentally walked into! I walked in with no appointment and Jennifer made time in her busy schedule to get me taken care of. I was in and out in what couldn't have been more than 15 minutes with one of best cuts I've ever got for a great price.

A few years ago I went to get my hair trimmed here, and my hair was incredibly long down to my waist. I simply told her I wanted two to three inches cut off, I showed her exactly on my back how much hair I wanted cut off more than once. She pulled my hair behind my shoulders and by the time she finished my hair was nearly to the tops of my shoulders. As a teenager I felt gutted but still paid her even though I was devastated by the fact that she cut more than a foot of my hair off. It is the worst hair cutting experience I've had in my life and I can see that more people have had the same experience. When I asked why she felt the need to cut so much off she told me she thought I'd look better with short hair. It sucked.

Absolutly the worst hair experience ive ever had. I literally left in tears. My hair was to my waist and i told her i wanted inch cut off colored light brown with blonde chunks. She cut my hair to above my shoulders colored it dark brown and you cant see any blonde in it. I am devastated. Do not go to this place!!

If i could give no stars i would! DO NOT EVER GO HERE! I left in tears and spent 100 dollars to get my hair corrected. OWNER IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND USES HARSH CHEMICALS ON HAIR LEAVING IT BRITTLE! Do not want anyone ever having to go through what i just went through! Hopefully they close down before they can ruin anyone else’s hair!
