Went in to buy lottery tickets tonight. Older lady with long (dirty blonde) stringy hair claimed the machine was already down for the night. Don’t know if she is too lazy or what? I still had an hour to buy. Had to go down the road to buy tickets. Went there a couple days ago. She was outside smoking or something. Then she came in to mop the floor. Left me standing at the check out counter and completely ignored me. Finally checked me out. That woman needs to be taught some customer service skills. Always someone willing to do her job if she doesn’t want to. SMDH

I Do NOT recommend getting fuel at the new Cefco in Early, Texas across from Doc’s Drugstore. This store is just a couple of. On the old if that with all new equipment and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Diesel pump hung and wouldn’t shut off and wasted gallons of diesel and my money!!! Talked to the manager and she said sorry she couldn’t do nothing except clean up the mess. Not a happy customer and won’t be back!

Two night in a row 12/20/2021 around 3:00am and 12/21/2021 at 12:48am I came to this location. The cashier was an African American female with green hair. When I arrived there was no employee inside the store. She was in her vehicle turned on in a front parking space and I waited at the register for her to come inside to assist me. When she did, she was on a FaceTime video call with a man and she talked to him and did not say a word to me. She didn’t tell me my total or that

None of the CEFCO stores in the Gun Barrel City/Kemp area find it necessary to put receipt paper in the pumps. Whenever I tell employees that pump X is out of paper, I always get a recycled excuse as to why the employees haven't the time to do their job. Because of this, I recommend that our drivers fuel our fleet vehicles at other gas stations.

Stopped at the store in Crestview, FL. on hwy 85 and my purchase was $4.13. After taking my $5 the cashier informed me they don't have change and that they're strict on them giving money back. Nice little racquet yall have going on there. Will not stop there again

Stopped here for fuel, drinks, snacks, and restrooms, in Brownfield, TX. After spending nearly $100 on diesel and $30 on snacks and drinks for our whole family, I was informed by Jaclyn, the employee at the counter, that we had to purchase a package of toilet paper in order to use the restrooms. She told me that they do not supply toilet paper and napkins because it loses money. Had I known before spending $130 here, that I would be forced to pay another $5 just to use the ba
