Customer service is good as long as the owner is away. Everything else about this place sucks. No security, no cameras, you can squeeze thru gate. Rats, snakes, and spider infested. rotting buildings, leaking roofs, and it's a burglars paradise. What a dump!. Priced way too high and late charges by the day. Crooks

This place is under new management/ownership, and working very hard to update and repair this old storage facility. I have never met any management at a storage facilty that would go so far out of their way to accommodate their customers. Any issues that arise are taken care of promptly and in a very professional manner. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

Good location. Easy access. Had a small issue and called the office. It was repaired before i picked up my boat that afternoon. Great service!

All storage providers should emulate this one! Its clean and the management is eager to help. I have moved twice and rented at this location both times ...both great experiences. No issues whatsoever. The new owners/manager does a great job. Professional, nice, friendly and helpful. I still have a storage unit here..going good so far :)

This is my first experience using a storage facility and Hugh made the process an absolute breeze. The customer service here is top notch. It's extremely refreshing to walk into a business where they make you feel like you're their number 1 priority.
