Charged the full $25 on my debit card when I didn't go til it stopped I put it on stop and made sure the water stopped. This is not the first time they have done this but has been awhile since I've been here and was in a hurry . I washed a small car absolutely did not use $25 . Bank says I need proof like a receipt they don't provide receipts so take a picture of it I guess is about the only proof you can have. The soap also stops as your washing which was annoying how can you wash a car if the soap stops on and off. The worst car wash I've ever been to. The laser also sucks and made it much worse when they raised the price without changing anything but the price. I'll travel to somerset laser over this place and wash my vehicle at home or in la coste that's a decent lil place. The owners here obviously are terrible people charging more and ripping me off . Check your Bank and take a picture of the transaction in other words don't go here.

The credit card reader didn’t work but it’s a mandatory 25.00 fee to use it and the quarters add 10 seconds per. With 5.00 I could only rinse and just barely made it. The vacuum was .50 cents but had zero suction so I have up. My home vacuum does a better job.Service: Vacuuming

I was desperate this morning to get my van cleaned up, so I stopped to do a quick wash. I noticed the screen said $14.30 charge. I was rushing to get the job done because I remembered that the timer was quick and was charged $25 last time! For a quick wash! When I got back around my vehicle, the machine was beeping, and the sprayer hose was jerking and making noises like it was breaking. I still hadn't rinsed the van yet. ? The entire sprayer shut off before I could finish, so I had to add more money. I didn't spend much time rinsing the vehicle and turned the switch to STOP ?, it turned the sprayer off right away, which didn't start that way, that's for sure. DO NOT USE PUMPHOUSE CAR WASH IN LYTLE, TX. It is a total rip-off. The water smelled like poop to top it off. Plus, there was very little soap on the soap setting, so it didn't look very clean or smell clean. When I checked my account there were 2 charges for $25 @Pump house car wash. Never again will I go back. So sad our little town is being ripped off due to all the growth that has developed over the last 5 years.I was charged $50, for 10 minutes of washing my van.

Just spent $100 dollars at this place to get my truck wash and got back in it and it would not start. Turns out that it was a bad start and finally got someone to come out with a new starter and they started to put it on. Some rude lady comes out and saying the owner is going to call the police and have me towed out of the car wash. Now mind you I have been keeping this lady informed what was going on and also when the tech got here we both talked to the lady and her supervisor of the situation. When we are putting things back together then she comes and tell me in fifteen minutes she calling the cops and have us towed same song different tune. She then comes back later, literally a few seconds later talking about I need to use my credit card to turn on the wash in which I informed her that I already have spent $100 dollars to wash my truck. Then she stated she was calling the police and I said well also tell them how you just tried to extort money from me and I am sure they are going to like that you guys are trying to extort money from a veteran at that. Won’t be back here again.

Just realized that for every quarter is 10 seconds of use. There are a ton of other washes that are at a better rate in the area. I use to like going there.

recently went to Pumphouse Car Wash and was extremely disappointed with the service. Not only did they charge almost $30 for a wash, but they also broke my back window wiper during the process. When I approached the manager about the issue, he was rude and unhelpful, showing no concern for the damage done to my car. It's frustrating to receive such poor service and even more disappointing that they are unwilling to make it right. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

This is the worse trash car wash I've ever been to. $1.25 for minute and 5 seconds. Starts beeping before the stupid soap even starts coming out. Cost over $8 for a garbage car wash. Avoid this place.

The vacuums don’t last long, and while using it you spend more time fixing the hose then get to use. My car floors are still dirty. Highly don’t recommend. Will not be back and not to mention if I don’t hand wash my truck is still dirty.Services: Vacuuming

They rip me off only 5 minutes they charged me $11dollars when I got the receipt from my bank it was for $50 dollars. Don't use your debit card here

I'm quick when it comes to hand washing my 2 door coupe car, but this place is ridiculously priced. Normally pay $10 to wash my own car by hand and be able to get through all of the stages. I had to pay a little over double to get through the wash. Would not recommend. ?

Had the same problem as many others. Swiped my card, washed what I needed to and clicked the red stop transaction button. The screen said I would only be charged $10.25 and looked at my bank account today and was charged $25 instead. Someone should report this to the BBB.
