We called the online prescription system for refills but it didn't recognize our Rx number, again, so we were told to hold for assistance. Less than a minute later Brittany came on and helped with reordering our meds. She also updated our numbers and addresses. The system gets 3 stars, she gets 5 stars, which averages 4 stars.

After testing positive today for covid I went to my local pharmacy to get the prescription The Doctor gave me.It was a nightmare going through the drive-thru pharmacy they tried to tell me my insurance was not on file when I was jut there a month ago to get medicine and that I should try again tomorrow because it's close to time to close mind you this was at 430 then they said y
Ou can come inside and show your card to which i said i dont have it on me and i just tested positive for covid should i really be inside yoyr stire to which the guy said it doesnt matter to me and thats your choice or you can pay the cash price of $1,350
Then after ten minutes of silence they finally said we found your insurance and it covers over the amount for the medicine but we can't cover it which made no sense so I finally got frustrated and drove off

I recently just called the Customer service line for the pharmacy and I believe the technician name was Cruz ( I think). She was amazing! She really went over and beyond to help me my issue. Best service ever!

The drive thru moves like molasses. And the front desk will shout what medication you’re picking up and what is for so everyone can hear. Not cool.

Worst pharmacy!!!! I have had the worst experience since I moved to Lytle, Tx and had to transfer my sons medications. They always give me a hard time which is very unprofessional and childish. Smh!
