We called the online prescription system for refills but it didn't recognize our Rx number, again, so we were told to hold for assistance. Less than a minute later Brittany came on and helped with reordering our meds. She also updated our numbers and addresses. I recently just called the Customer service line for the pharmacy and I believe the technician name was Cruz ( I think). She was amazing! She really went over and beyond to help me my issue. Best service ever!
