Delivery weirdness. They called - I didn’t answer - unknown number. So instead they call 6x back to back like a weirdo. Leave no voicemail nor text. Then my son asked me if I received my flowers. I thought oh no it must of been that unknown number that called. Then about 2-3 hours later a number calls and at that point I answered the unknown number but no one said anything and hung up. Then 30 minutes later a different number texted a very nice, professional message about delivery. The text requested I call a number to confirm delivery. I called and first words out of her mouth were how they had attempted many times to message and call me. Sort of like I was in trouble lol. I told her my experience of what they did and what they should have done. Fast forward they get here she calls me again confirms she’s in my drive way and asked me to come get it. Phew ? Happy Mother’s Day!

Ordered flowers for a dear friend for her birthday what I paid for and what I wanted was not what my friend received. It looked like a 5 year old put it together! Very disappointed!!!!

What an amazing experience I had just ordering flowers for my girlfriend that just got out of the hospital. If there is anything you need in the flower or gift department call Variety first!!!! If they have it it is yours and if they don't have it they do their very BEST to help you get it. These young ladies were very kind and patient with me! LoL... The prices you can't beat and the service God sent!!!!

Traveled to TX from FL to bury my husband’s cremains. Variety was recommended for a flower arrangement for the services. I ordered and paid for a premium arrangement specifically asking that it be lush and full. Instead I got a minimum. The base was covered in greenery and a flower lined it here and there. Definitely not a premium arrangement. I called the shop to express my dissatisfaction and was told I would get a phone call back. Never got one. Think twice when using their services.

This florist delivered a beautiful last minute bouquet to a funeral. I called at open and they arranged and delivered within 2 hours. I appreciate the service as I'm all the way in MN and couldn't be there myself

Well I placed an order for flowers for my wife a week before Valentine's Day and come to find out that she didn't receive nothing. Thank you'll for making me look like a complete jackass on this day. So I wouldn't recommend this place.
