i show the lady a picture of how i wanted my haircut. it looks nothing like the picture. i had long hair and now it looks like a dora the Explorer haircut. i will never go back to this place again. they dont know what they are doing!!! i want my money back

I have went to them for 2 years . I will not return to this place ever again . We have spent a lot of money in this place and for the way we were treated by the staff was horrible . We walked in , signed in and she took people ahead of us that walked in after us and when asked what was going on she was so rude and told us they came in before us ? Isn’t that what the sign in sheet is for ? Rude and unprofessional . Lost a good customer and I will make sure my family and friends never come to y’all again .
