So today I was looking for lithium ion batteries (which I never found). I asked a Walmart employee for help and I was ignored. Then I realized they had iPods in both ears and couldn’t hear me. I yelled them and then they realized I was talking to them. They seemed irritated I bothered them. I don’t think Walmart employees wearing a uniform walking around the store should have iPods on keeping them from hearing customers.

Can't hardly get down the isles due to the day stalkers, and online shoppers parking the carts in middle of isles and rude when you ask them to let you by. Wish yall bring LayWays back it helps everyone out

I know 3 people that currently work for this location. They have all said that the way management communicates when they are not happy, is by yelling at them and not sending people to help them in their department. The people I know that work there are VERY hard workers. They get their jobs done. For all of them to say the same thing at different times about the management and the way they treat their employees is absolutely horrible. From what I have been told, they cut hours, if your sick or something happens they will put you back on that spot, they don’t take care of their employees. I think corporate needs to get involved and really send someone unannounced to go and observe. I’m sure there are super nice people there so I don’t want to discount them but something needs to be addressed in regards to management.

I stayed at a hotel across the street. This location came in handy as I arrived late after most eateries had closed. I was able to squeeze in to grab some food before they closed at 11 pm. I am grateful something close was open and I was able to eat. I do wish Walmart would go back to being open 24 hrs. It would be much more convenient.

It's getting to where it doesn't matter what Walmart you go into customer service is poor and shameful. The associates look like they hate working there and they definitely give you attitude if they have to help you. I've witnessed many times the leaders and how they talk to their associates with disrespect. Have you never heard if you treat them good they will treat you good? As it is you might get one person that acknowledges your presence but you'll walk past 20 of them in a group and not one will speak to you or move so that you can shop. I worked in retail for 28 years and the number one goal was to give excellent customer service. Maybe they forgot it's the customers who bring in the revenue to the stores so that they can pay their employees and keep their businesses open. What has this world come to. Do you want everyone to shop online so they don't have to deal with that? If you do that it means that a lot of people loses their jobs. Employees that may be something to think about the next you walk by a customer and not even acknowledge them. Walmart, you need to get it together!!! Treat your associates better and they will treat your customers better and then your customers would shop more and give awesome surveys.

Great employees. Pitiful parking lot though. Major complaint is soo many dogs allowed on the food side.Today I even saw people letting their dogs smell fruits!! Yuk! Isn’t there a rule against dogs in food areas? If so, Walmart manager doesn’t know about it or just refuses to enforce it. I won’t buy produce there again.
