This review is solely based on my pharmacy experience. The pharmacy is not what is used to be, gone downhill over the past year. Takes longer, seems to more mistakes being made, Get there an hour before closing, and they would not give me my vacs, said too close to closing time, I was only one there, how much time does it take for a shot. IDK, considering changing pharmacies now.

Have been waiting 10+ days now on a medication that was said to be out of stock due to shortage or back order. Customer service was awful. Called the Calder location and my prescription was filled within the hour.

Horrible communication, wrong script put in that clearly said void on it . Supposed to transfer from Kings because Kings couldn't get eye medicine in. They never did it. When I called to see if medicine was ready and came in following day like told . It was not and never was ordered.They were going to see if it was at another Walgreens and I'd have to drive there and get it and they'd call me back and never did. I had to re call yet again . They were still looking. I get a call about 530pm the medicine was brought to store and I could come get it. I said I'd have to come next day they said it would be ready. I go at 10a.m wait in drive thru only to get up to window and be told medicine wasn't ready I'd have to come back. I explained entire story and was told she didn't know why I was told that and medicine didn't come till after they closed and kept cutting me off and didn't wanna hear any of it and told me as she showed me her name tag she was the manager and now come back in 10mins. Why couldn't you fill it right then ?? Why because these employees and manager could care less it's not them who has been repeatedly mis lead .this is a problem with the Walgreens company . Dowlen road was no better and moving from N.J they were no better there. My fault for thinking after all these years they might have got their act togther. Never will I make that mistake again. I worked for a large pharmacy and THIS DEFINITELY ISNT HOW IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE.

Meera, the pharmacist at our local Walgreens in Lumberton, went above and beyond the last two days in efforts to assist us with coverage for a medication our 9 year old son needed. She was incredibly kind, patient, and I truly believe the world needs more people just like her! Thank you, Meera! You are SO APPRECIATED!

Today I went into walgreens at 1:42pm with 2 $5 bills in my hand, and got rung up for $5.94, gave the lady with short blonde hair and glasses my 2 $5 bills and she handed me $0.06 back and I told her I gave her $10 total and she looked at me like I was stupid and looks in the cash register and pulls out a $5 and $1 and tell me “this is what you gave me, I put both the bills in the $1 slot and was going to switch it around.” i said okay and left and told my mother who gave me the money. she sent me back in to speak with manager. i told the blonde lady “i need to speak with a manager, my mom said she gave me $10” and she seemed very annoyed with me and told me “well it’s gonna take a while because they have to look at the cameras” i said okay and waited. Her manager (an older lady) came out and i told her my situation. She then went and checked the the money. and the blonde lady said “i’m sorry for wasting your time” when i thought that was a managers job was to handle a situation like this? apparently it’s “wasting time”. She then went to check the cameras and that was the last time i saw the manager. The blonde lady then says “ma’am” and hands me the $4 that i didn’t receive in the first place. I got zero apologies from the blonde lady or the manager. Very unprofessional and y’all need to keep an eye out for the blonde short haired lady with glasses. She’s scamming others and this most likely isn’t her first time since she pulled out my “$5 bill and $1 bill” that i did not give her and had a plan if i said something. As for the manager, she didn’t not apologize at all and didn’t seem to think anything that she did was wrong. That’s the last time i will give them my service.

Usually walgreens are open 24 hours. Had to run to Beaumont at 4am to get my baby cold/flu meds.

Absolutely the worst place you could possibly go. Terrible customer service. I’ll never put my business in Walgreens pharmacy and not even the store anymore. Unbelievable

After waiting in the drive thru line for 50 minutes for a COVID test, took test left. Got down the road they called and they did the wrong test. Now sitting in line again because they won't let me in the store, I'm 8th car in line I don't have COVID just need test for an appointment in Houston. Clerks need to read the paperwork they have and not assume what test to give. Besides that people picking up prescriptions are taking an average of 10 minutes per car. Way too long...get competent that can do their job.

Called several times. Automated message more than 3 callers. Held TWENTY FIVE MINUTES 3 times each hung up on, disconnected after 25 Minutes EACH TIME HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am now officially done with this horrible pharmacy!They are slow as a snail, they've actually given me the wrong medication twice.They been confused about my refills," that were sitting there with remaining refills, and said I had none!"I've been made to miss my dosage twice due to their negligence!!!And the phone recording that inquires about your needs that does absolutely nothing!Waste patients time & patience!!YOU ARE FIRED AS OF TODAY, YOUR A SAD JOKE OF A PHARMACY...

TERRIBLE! The manager is unbelievably rude. A nice young lady was helping me at the checkout counter and here along comes the manager. In no time at all he starts screaming at the employee helping me. He made her stop helping me to go do something else and then walked away. I waited there for 5 minutes with no help after this because apparently as a manager of Walgreens he had better things to do then check out my sprite and gummy bears . Will not return until the management issues a proper apology. - sincerely, Karen
