This pharmacy is amazing! Tried 2 others to fill a prescription for my child. None carried it. Doctor refused to change the meds. Walgreens switched over the prescription from the other pharmacy, is ordering it, and it will be in tomorrow! They took action and solved the problem! They also answered in a very timely manner.

Absolutely the worst place you could possibly go. Terrible customer service. I’ll never put my business in Walgreens pharmacy and not even the store anymore. Unbelievable

Minutes EACH TIME

You can never get anyone to answer the phone. You are put on hold and then it disconnects. Not occasionally. All the time every time. You people are NOT that busy.you don't WANT to answer your phones because you might have to actually do some work to earn your minimum wage. Your drive through is always backed up. Going inside is no faster. This Walgreens blows.

TERRIBLE! The manager is unbelievably rude. A nice young lady was helping me at the checkout counter and here along comes the manager. In no time at all he starts screaming at the employee helping me. He made her stop helping me to go do something else and then walked away. I waited there for 5 minutes with no help after this because apparently as a manager of Walgreens he had better things to do then check out my sprite and gummy bears . Will not return until the management issues a proper apology. - sincerely, Karen

In my opinion their prices are quite high for the every day stuff. Cheaper at walmart. Pharmacy is ok to deal with..I do like their app and the fact they text me when stuff is ready. It's always hard moving to a new town and trying to set everything back up with medications...so I hope it goes smoothly as I get settled. We shall see...glad they are close to home.

Arrived at location at 8:50 when pharmacy closes at 9:00. Spoke to pharmacist at 8:52, and then no one came back to window until 9:00. At that time we were told they were closed. Male pharmacist refused to serve us and said he had to drive back to Houston tonight and back in the morning and that they were closed. Very rude customer service- spoke over us the whole time on intercom and refused to come back to window. Awful experience- treated very poorly
