The phone is off the hook. i tried 2hrs, automatic redial yesterday and 1hr today. My package is heat fragile melting in someone else's box. I got a key for someone else's package which I delivered to their door. FRUSTRATED...
Follow UP.. within 3 hours of reporting it on USPS website opening a service request. I had my package and it was NOT melted. Kim who was super nice at the Beaumont office was able to talk to the carrier.

I'd give zero stars if I could.
They deliver every package to the wrong house, never pick up the phone and wouldn't be shut down if every person in town filed a formal complaint against them. Clown show.

I came in to return a parcel that was delivered to me already as two separate boxes tied together to begin with, and the lady at the counter immediately shut me down and said she can’t take it that they need their own labels. I explained they came to be in a pair tied already and the seller only sent out one label for it as a whole. She sigh, scoffed and shrugged saying she isn’t willing to tape it that I need to go buy a box big enough for them to go in.She goes to get her coworker the guy that works there, he immediately frustrated with her asking her why she won’t just tape it, she said “I’m not doing it, you can” to which he told her she’s ridiculous.Every-time I’ve come here the guy has been so sweet and helpful and just totally willing to help me. He reached his arms out to accept my boxes and took it no problem. I wanted to thank him for being there but she had rendered the room, because I couldn’t imagine having to deal with her. She seems so lazy, it just needed some tape and he’s a sweetheart. I feel bad for the guy but this PO is lucky to have him.I’d like to note when I came a few weeks ago it was the same two people and she was there again giving him a hard time as well.He has fantastic customer service. She needs to be humbled.

Everything’s always late from here, getting In contact with them is the biggest pain in the damn world, these people really need to stop slacking off so damn much all these postal places are becoming this way ( still horrible services 3 months later everythings still late even if u order 2 day delivirey they will bring it 3-4 days ) next time ima go up there and figure it out for everyone

I have been at home all day and the mail person delivered the mail like nornal, but left a 'Sorry we missed you' letter about a signature required package. I can only assume they were too lazy to get out and knock because there was 2 people home and anyone could easily see the front door open threw the screen door. No effort was made and the slip wasnt even filled out properly. I wish we had better service from usps.

It never fails if i order anything online no matter what it is they try to force it into the mailbox instead of putting on the porch or in this case being that i live in an apartment in a larger mailbox for packages…. They never accept responsibility for it either.

Lost my box between picking it up at the house and the post office. Ridiculous and items in the box that can't be replaced. I will never use Usps again. So disappointing.
