“This one is located inside a auto parts store. The staff was very kind and helpful. I had no idea this was a UPS access point until I looked up online so I would advertise it better and maybe add some more technology for when someone calls and asks such and such about their package that is waiting on them there because the auto parts staff can’t access any of that info but customers don’t know/ understand that.”
“I went to FedEx to have them print out obituary programs for my brother's memorial service and the staff were professional and very helpful. Nat showed me what my program would look like and everything was perfect. They called to let me know when my job had been completed (early) and even remembered my name when I came to pick it up.
