Poor property management should have been the downfall of this place years ago, but alas people will always need a place to live. My grandmother has lived here for the better part of 20 years and the driveway on the property has never been remotely good. 5 mph is all that even my truck can manage for the quantity and depth of potholes. There is also a broken water line that has never been fixed. The whole property is on a slope that drains the water *across the driveway*, which erodes any half-effort attempt the owner has made to repair the holes with gravel and dirt. If the owner simply put some money in to have a paved, raised driveway with a few culverts under it, the tenants' vehicles might have longer lifespans and the property value would go up. What do I know, I just mow grass here every other week for the last 10 years.

The people who own the park will not fix anything! There is a horrible green filled ditch that stays over flowing constantly, never drains. It has a swamp growing around it. It took the owners 6 months to repair a vent a hood in my mother in laws mobile home. The road to drive in the park is so bad. Tenants have window units because I am sure they will not repair a/c units. Don't waste your money!

Do not waste your money here! The owners do not make repairs to anything including the road to drive in the park. It is terrible. It took them 6 months to repair my mother in laws vent a hood. There is this green ditch that constantly stays over flowing. It has washed the road out.
