The owner of the property consistently harasses the tenants. Roads are horrible

This place is a trash filled dump. There appears to be a sewer leak next to the entrance driveway. I don't understand why the city does not close this rat infested place down!!!

Great out of the way place. My buddy for 25 years lives there and it's pretty decent.
