“I do most of my own work on my vehicles, but when I run into something I'm not able to handle Chad's is where I take it. Been going here for 10 years. Very competent mechanics. I would highly recommend. They are usually pretty busy though, so expect to wait.”

“Great customer and vehicle service. My old truck has 455k miles and I had all the fluids changed. Crew did a great job. Highly recommend for all your vehicle services.”

“I absolutely love this location! I was bringing my Jetta here before my husband bought me a new car (honestly, the only reason I don't bring the Seltos is because I don't want to give Kia any excuse to deny a warranty repair. So, to the dealership as long as there's a warranty on it!) and took over Reba for a work car. Recently my husband decided to use an alligator as a speed bump which resulted in a cracked oil pan. The staff where all so friendly and accommodating! They got the parts and got Reba (the Jetta) fixed up as quickly as they could. This is the only place my husband goes for his oil changes and I recommend this location to everyone I know!”

“Bought two new tires on a Black Friday special and tempted to give two or three star review because of the three hour wait it took to have them installed (with two cars in front of). There were many people behind me in the line but I was definitely the last one out as they must have been taken care of a simple quick services rather than taking them in order.Because this took so much longer than expected, I was irritable and not too happy (was missing a big football game I really wanted to watch lol... you know... the important things in life!) when, for a different issue, a technician / manager suggested that my battery was good and that there was a different reason for my truck having hard starting issues. As it turns out I replaced the starter and he was corrected the battery was not the issue. I definitely owe an apology (I was certain that the battery was junk or not strong enough) and now have a sense of gratitude for that suggestion to look at the starter because it is much better starting truck now and the old starter had a partially broken housing and shaft was wobbly and clearly the issue with the hard starting.”
