Managers Felicia and Lanie are out of this world phenomenal. The property has had big improvements. Both these ladies have made this place better, and they’re getting a lot done. They’ve both been in the office for at least half a year now, and by the looks of it they’re here to stay for good. (Finally, stability).Maintenance- Brent and Mike (the only two I’ve ever met). Only good things to say about both of these men. Quick, professional, and kind. The last few service requests, I’ve gotten Mike. Outstanding guy!If you’ve lived here in the past, or you’ve heard negative things regarding these, rest assured these have taken a turn for the better. Issues are fixed in record breaking time. The office staff is beyond attentive. My complaint list is slim to none. I doubt you can name one single apartment complex without issues that arise here and there. What matters most is if/how/when it’s handled and or remedied, and they’ve seemed to have gotten that covered!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home! The office staff has been amazing! Maintenance was so fast to get a repair done! They are quick to answer any questions I’ve had. If you’re looking for a new home, don’t hesitate to stop in!

If I could make this review in the negatives I definitely would. What they put me and my wife through and how they treated. I put a lot of money only for there to be damages caused by for faulty utilites/ equipment. I should of called the news for the incident where our water pipes busted and caused us to be without a place for about a week, when asking if this has ever happened they said no, when in fact a year ago someone had the same problem and they reported it to the news and something was done about it. The managment are too lazy to get around anything. Nothing but "I will get it done" yet they do nothing to set reminders. 1100 a month is not worth the pay. Especially if it has been over a couple of months for me to cook anything on my stove because its brand new. They didnt even prepare us a new place, just said here you go, sighned off and moved in. I shouldve found another place to live. Not these trashy apartments/duplex.

I have to say we moved here 3 years ago. Then the management was not so well. Now there are BRAND NEW OWNERS!I have to say, if you have a concern or issues that needs addressing, there is no question about it. Brittany and Stephanie are the managers to talk to. They helped me. And when I had a problem I call and they responded and we're here for me in no time. I mean like 30 minutes .

New management (Stefani) has come in and paid attention to interests and requests of residents. In the past, things have been either completely ignored, or met with a combative attitude instead of care. We are glad to have her around and have seen improvements in a short period of time.

One of the easiest quickest moves we have ever been able to do! The management was helpful and helped all through the process! When we moved in everything was super clean and the community and neighbors are super nice!

i recently moved into lumberton on the lake , the process was super easy! stefani was super transparent whenever it came to going over our lease and making sure we were aware of all rules( also she’s super sweet) . 10 out of 10 recommend! also our apartment was clean, no odor, everything was top tier! moral of the story.. move to lumberton on the lake!?
