Brought my car in for an alignment, left and all of sudden it sounded like an accordion. Brought it back after my husband found the back spring was off, they told me “I know it looks wrong but it’s supposed to look like that” they then told me my strut mounts were going out @50k miles. Brought it in to a different place, only mentioned I had it aligned never where and that I had an issue. Turns out the spring was off! Now I need that back on and another alignment. So rather than out $100 I’m out $600 to have this other place fix it.
I’ll add in they never answer their phone either or call to let you know your car is ready if you leave it with them. Won’t return and will recommend no one else go here either
