We have lived in Lumberton for a little over 22 years and I remember when this detail shop first opened. I sent my 1982 Mercedes 450SL convertible for a full detail and received a call that a chemical they had used removed some of the color on my custom ostrich seats. Needless to say, that was my last time until about a month ago. I stopped by and decided to do a full detail. They call it bumper to bumper including engine compartment and hand wax. They did an incredible job. Fast forward a little less than two weeks and I brought them my daughters truck for the same treatment. It was terrible. Visible dirt on the outside between the hood and windshield, dirty wheels and never touched the engine compartment. The young lady who called the manager came back, asked me to leave it for another hour or so but advised cleaning engine compartment was no longer included in bumper to bumper service. Wow!! About 10 days ago it was but now for the same $200 it was not. I hate it when you have to complain to get what you should have received without saying a word. Very unfortunate experience at a premium price.

There was no vending machine or other means to get a beverage while waiting. Perhaps that is intentional since the bathroom didn't work. Since your vehicle is preoccupied you can't take yourself elsewhere to use the facilities.
If you're dropping the vehicle off then I guess neither of those are an issue. But seems fairly important when you are getting something done that takes hours.
The cleaning of the vehicle was spot on.

Exceptional service. My wife's 2017 Honda Pilot was overtaken by dirt and grime from many years of running three kids around. I finally had enough and pulled everything out of her car (she thought I was selling it) and brought it to Extreme Detail. They made her car look like it did the day I bought it for her. I would recommend bringing your vehicle to them if you want to have that "new car" feel again. Their Bumper to bumper service is worth it, in my opinion.

Would love to use this business but have been turned away three times. I bought a gift card from them for Christmas and have yet to be able to use it. I've tried to call beforehand to see if they're accepting any more vehicles also and they never answer the phone. Ready to just get my money back at this point.Service: Auto detailing

Took my car to extreme detailing in Lumberton to have it washed waxed and a’shampooed . They did a amazing job. The owner Matt was a very respectful guy and took pride in the business he runs. I recommend this detailing business to anyone.

they did an amazing job on my car that's been run ragged with cross country roadtrips, transporting pets and kids. Looks show room new, and getting the old girl there couldn't have been easy ?? I appreciate their hard work and attention to detail more than they'll ever know! we got the works, was well woth it and will definitely do that package again!
