I like this pharmacy bc it's next to Walmart. If you know how to use their apps and tracking, prescriptions are easy to look at. The phone system is too slow so I just use the apps and get faster info.

No one is ever available at the pharmacy. No one answers the pharmacy phone. Even after 20 min.

If I could leave 0 stars I would!! The pharmacist here has caused nothing but problems on more than one occasion! I’m a nice person and when I asked her if the prescriptions would be ready today, she hung up on me!! I’m switching pharmacies forever. Never coming back.

Absolutely horrible customer service. If you don’t like your job, so simple to leave than to be rude to others! The pharmacy honestly just needs to shut down at this point.

This has to be the worst CVS in the world. You can't ever get what you need in stock. They are literally out of every medication from the pharmacy every single day. You can't get through on the phone. Because everyone is calling about their out of stock meds. You should just close it and replace it with another location. Seriously fill your prescription someplace else!!

The issue i had/have with CVS is i dropped of some pictures to be printed in beginning of March & a week later i called back to see if the pictures were ready & i was told no they would call me when they were ready. well April rolled around & still no call so i visited the store. My pictures were there (since March 17th) & i had received no call about my pictures... when i did drop off my photos it was 3 rolls (even got 3 slips) & when i picked them up (finally) i only got 2 rolls back. apparently my 3rd one wasnt anywhere to be found... i kept the slip just incase but i doubt i will ever see those pictures again ??
**UPDATE**
went back to CVS on thursday (may 25th 2023) to see if my 3rd roll of pictures were finally there & they were. No call or anything. I dropped the 3 rolls of on March 10th & the picture envelope stated it was delivered on March 17th. I never received any calls or anything. poor customer service. so, basically my pictures were there 2rolls (1 mth) & 3rdroll (2 months) CVS photo staff really needs to step up their game & do things like call customers correctly. its a shame they arent representing CVS in a good way. ?? Do better or atleast try & put some effort.
