The customer service I received today was above and beyond. She called the insurance company (Asurion, total scam btw, zero stars for Asurion) handled the long call and did what she could to help. Best service I've received at any cricket.

After the terrible experience both with customer service over the phone and through the Dowlen Road location, I stopped here and was thoroughly pleased. Ms. Paula and Mr. Chester were absolutely pleasant to speak to and did their very best to come up with a solution for Cricket's poorly managed customer service and their lack of consideration toward people who are indigent. We found out through Lifeline that they had no record of me in their program though I was signed up through the very same program in 2012 in AZ and had been continuously paying this plan ever since. Mrs. Gilliam and Mr. Russell began working immediately to give me the best resolution available. By passing just a little while in this store, I was able to get re-approved into ACP (since Texas is one of the three states that refuses to recognize Lifeline) and get a monthly credit that wiped out the cell phone bill I'd been paying all through COVID. Cricket corporate could stand to learn a thing or two from folks like these.

I went in to get a new phone. The girl behind the counter said hello. I said I'm here to get a new phone.. the employee was too busy attempting to activate their employee discount over the phone to buy some earbuds, that she wouldn't sell me a phone. She just kept saying "hold on". After standing there for a while I left and went to another retailer. Totally unacceptable behavior.

The lady was very nice and very professional and very very helpful. She didn't act like some do as if they don't want to do their job.I go there because that store is helpful.
