Constantly changing employees. By the time you get to know their names and things are going smoothly, the whole crew leave and in comes the newbies.
I got a text & their application telling me I had a prescription ready so I drove some 12 miles one way and the newbies said I didn't have any..
So I left and about 5 miles away my girlfriend called the pharmacy to check and they told her that I had a prescription filled and if I did not pick it up today it would be put back and have to be refilled which would take a few hours or the next day...
IM MOVING MY MEDICINE TO A STABLE PHARMACY... BYE BYE BROOKSHIRE BROS. PHARMACY BYE BYE

I got so tired of Walgreens not having my kids prescriptions or one day not accepting my insurance and my mom suggested brookshire brothers. I didn’t even know they had a pharmacy but I’ll never go anywhere else now! Everybody is so helpful and kind. T

I must say that I really don’t want to talk about them. But Google just keeps bugging! I am afraid if I tell everyone how pleased I am with the service we are receiving from the this pharmacy everyone will want to leave the crazy hectic long waits and lack of personal care and they will all bombard my fantastic find. Of course I am sure we would still continue to get the excellent service and the pharmacist would call with any questions to make sure they are looking out for mine & my families health and well being. But just remember…we would be the special customers because we were there first. So everyone stay where you are because Brookshire Brothers Pharmacy has me so relaxed I am about to catch my zen. Y’all totally would not care for this stress free life?. Beside someone has to wait in those lines and y’all are all doing an exceptional job of tying up your free time. I’m so glad this review didn’t disturb you and make you seriously rethink the pharmacy industry.

During these trying times it is appreciated to find a business with professionals who depict customer service. Today I was given the first phase of the anti Covid19 vaccine and the young pharmacist who injected me was professional, well groomed, respectful, efficient and effective. Kudos to Brookshire Bros for employing top quality professionals.

They left me on hold for one hour and 45 minutes to tell me they just weren’t going to fill my prescription that was needed for seizures . She said someone else could fill it but she just wasn’t. After I spoke to my dr, the police, Cigna and Caremark she still refused. Walgreens took care of it for me. When a drug store stops caring about patients they shouldn’t be in business.

Love the new store in Lumberton. Very clean and the entire was very friendly and helpful. Great selection. Will definitely be going back. Lumberton needed a better place to shop and Brookshire Bros. stepped up to the plate.
