Horrible, horrible, horrible telephone service! The phone rings and rings with no answer, then, disconnects. I try again… this time, it allowed me to press, 3, for a representative. Then, disconnected. The last time it sent me to voicemail system. I pressed 4, for a directory of extensions… then, disconnected once again. I would NOT put my trust in this bank!!!

I’m trying to be understanding since we switched from bbva to pnc, but I’ve been calling for hours since this morning and I can’t get in contact with anyone. Sometimes it rings, I’ll be on hold and then it hangs up after 7 minutes. At one point someone picked the phone up and then put me on hold again. Sometimes it doesn’t even ring and says it’s busy. I’ve even tried the branch in Beaumont since I have questions that need to be answered. If this is how it’s going to be from here on out, I’m switching banks because this is frustratingly annoying.

I have called at least 10 times to the Lumberton branch- No one ever answers the phone. No way to leave a message either!!! Ridiculous !!!

Lumberton branch is so slow at taking deposits through the drive thru! It takes forever just to complete a straight forward transaction!

I love everything about this place except that they close at 5:00 Monday-Thursday. It would be ok if at least the drive-thru stayed open later than 5:00. Other that that I would have given 5 stars.
