I love Bark and Purr! The staff is always very attentive and the doctor is amazing. He always takes his time to do a full evaluation of my pets, explains what he is doing and how it benefits our dogs, answers all of my questions and engages with my children. He is a vet that serves from his heart. Thanks Doc!

We recently had to let our girl Maybell go. She was old and had some health problems and couldn’t walk or eat anymore. It broke our hearts. She was the queen of our house and we love her more than I can say. Everyone at Bark and Purr were so great. They really understood our pain and hers. They made a horrible situation a little more bearable. Thank you guys.

Would not recommend this business to anyone.The lady working the front desk was the most rude, unprofessional individual I've encountered in a while. After a lengthy conversation on why she was refusing a willing paying customer, I was told I could go somewhere else. Long story short, I wouldn't even take my dying pet there.

I was 15, and took my cat here to get him fixed. He was a stray at first so he still had fleas. During the consult i told them (lady upfront and the doctor) he had fleas and they said it wasn't an issue. Also, during the consult I asked for a clear price after tax because I wasn't going to have extra money and I was a kid paying for all of this myself (this was a year and a half ago). They told me 103$ after taxes and everything and reassured thats the final price of the fix. I was only making 8$ an hour and it was a struggle coming up with the money to begin with. Especially for my age at the time. I come to pick him up after surgery and the suddenly the price was over my budget because they gave him a flea treatment I didn't consent too nor was I informed about. I told them I couldn't pay the new price and I only paid for the fix which was the agreed price during consult. I specifically mentioned he had fleas and never once did they bring up they were going to do a treatment on him.I try to set up appointments for my new animals and said I wasn't allowed to service with them because of the outstanding balance. That i NEVER consented too. The lady upfront is incredibly passive aggressive and the company took advantage of a simple transaction between them and a 15 year old girl trying to get her cat fixed.

so i asked my to wife called back after making the appointment to check on how much it was gonna cost and you would of thought from the reaction of the lady on the phone that I committed some type of crime and when my wife got there Dr. lebus kept asking her over and over again if she need to call her husband and let him know the prices and at one point asked if she wanted him to treat our dog or tell her the prices. she said she felt like he was belittling her. she felt uncomfortable and me or her will never be back.

Looking to switch vets. Spoke to the lady on the phone and she was extremely rude and said that she “doesn’t have time or is willing to take pets who currently associate with Main Street Vet Clinic”. If she treated me like that over the phone I could only imagine how she would treat a beloved pet.

Hi everyone my name is Scott Michael I have dog named princess and 5 cats I take my animals here for about a month now the team there is extremely awesome! There very caring and understanding and I enjoy seeing them help my pets I highly recommend taking your animals here! They might not be the cheapest place to go, but they make up for it in how they treat you and your animals!Thank YouTeam Bark and Purr and Dr Lebusfor everything you do!

I called this place for a price to have a cat spayed. The man who answered the phone asked for my name on the record there which I told him there was none he asked me for it again very rude like. He said he needed the name on my record again, the third time, I tried to explain that I haven’t been there before to have a record which he then loudly said “ I’m not taking new people only people who have a record here. I wouldn’t even bother to take a goldfish to this place.

Best vet ever. The staff is always friendly & helpful. When I call needing an appointment they get us right in. My dog isn’t one of those “well behaved dogs who will walk on a leash”, he acts a spaz. The doctor explained to us that this is common behavior for his breed, and treats Archie like his own dog. He takes the time to explain what’s going on with Archies care and also explains his medication and treatment. You can tell he cares about the pets he sees & their owners. Thank you Bark & Purr
