When I took it to Zack at Lumberton Offroad, he showed me that my torsion key bolt was broke. They fixed it and reset my ride height. My truck rides smoother now than it ever has, and he saved me alot of money! Highly recommend this shop.”

“Bought two new tires on a Black Friday special and tempted to give two or three star review because of the three hour wait it took to have them installed (with two cars in front of). There were many people behind me in the line but I was definitely the last one out as they must have been taken care of a simple quick services rather than taking them in order.Because this took so much longer than expected, I was irritable and not too happy (was missing a big football game I really wanted to watch lol... you know... the important things in life!) when, for a different issue, a technician / manager suggested that my battery was good and that there was a different reason for my truck having hard starting issues. As it turns out I replaced the starter and he was corrected the battery was not the issue. I definitely owe an apology (I was certain that the battery was junk or not strong enough) and now have a sense of gratitude for that suggestion to look at the starter because it is much better starting truck now and the old starter had a partially broken housing and shaft was wobbly and clearly the issue with the hard starting.”

“Darrell has fixed 3 of our vehicles and we have absolutely no complaints. He is very professional and there has been nothing wrong with any of the vehicles after we got them back. At one point he called us bc a former employee had not been putting everything back on the vehicle's and wanted us to bring vehicle back to make sure ours was done right. He checked our vehicle out to make sure everything was ok on it.. He is 100% on top of things..”
