I've been a loyal AT&T customer for many years now and will continue to be but the store in Lumberton employ some of the rudest, laziest, most unpleasant people I've had the misfortune of dealing with. I recommend you chose a different location other than the location by Super Walmart.

I used to enjoy dealing with my local att store. The two women that work there now on more than one occasion have been less than helpful and rude. Trying to upgrade should be something they are pushing at me not me pulling teeth trying to get information. Dealing with them will make you find a new service provider.
