Called to ask if they take walk ins or appointment, the guy refused to get me in on an appointment after I asked twice. It’s crazy the a 45 sec phone call lost a customer and his business that could of been a long relationship.

My wife has been coming here for years. We travel over an hour once a month because nothing else compares. The service is amazing and all salon services are superb! They truly treat their customers as family.

Great place to get your hair cut for both men and women! Salon is clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Offers many salon services, so check out their website. Ask for Raven or Melanie to tame that tangled mess you have you call hair!

Melanie and Raven are a wonderful mother/daughter team. They know what they're doing and it's the only place I go to do my hair. I've been elsewhere in the past, and I've always had to go to them to fix it. :)

I love this place. Staff is wonderful and attentive. They get you hot or cold drinks, massage your hands while getting other services. They offer a LOT of services. Usually I just get a hair cut from Melanie or Raven. But i've gotten pedi and manicures too. I'm also really flexible as I work in Luling, if I just ask them to call me when they have a cancellation, they are really good about getting me in either same day or within a few days. Most places don't do that. Nice people and the best haircuts I've had in years. I"m letting it grow out right now, so if you know me, don't judge them on that.

This place is not on top of things. Horrible customer service. I had called 3 times and emailed to schedule appointment. Finally two days later after the third message I left. I get a call saying "we don't have any openings (this is just for hair cut) but we will keep your number to see if any openings come up in next couple weeks". I don't know about everyone but waiting that long for a hair cut seems ridiculous to me. This company needs to learn customer service and value of costumers. I give them one star for at least calling back after numerous messages and an email left.

The specialty at Twin Palms is definitely customer service! My favorite day of the month is when I go to Twin Palms; I love the atmosphere and the people!
