Texas JDM has a seriously fun and eclectic mix of imported vehicles, from kei cars and scooters to right-hand-drive workhorses. Pulling together a lineup like this takes real know-how and flair, especially with the U.S. 25-year import rules. It’s refreshing to have a dependable local source for affordable RHD vehicles that are genuinely useful for folks like postal workers, while also appealing to anyone who enjoys something a little offbeat. I bought a Honda Zoomer here and appreciated having access to vehicles you just don’t see every day.

My husband is a postal worker and has gotten his last two vehicles from Texas JDM. We have found that Texas JDM has great value for the cars compared to other JDM dealers and we love that they're so transparent with pricing. We were able to get his most recent car same day in short notice, and the staff made the entire buying process very easy. My husband enjoyed driving his old Subaru from Texas JDM and he loves his new Honda Stepwgn! We look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with purchasing a used vehicle. I received my jeep on 7/2/25 and it has been an absolute nightmare since. Within the first 2 weeks the A/C and fuel pump went out. Within the first few months I have had to replace the battery because it had a 7/2021 battery on it. The arm under the hood for the steering was bent and out of its bracket. Either there was an oil leak on the jeep or there was never an oil change done on it because it was severely low on oil. There is a leak from the transfer case and the rear end needs to be completely replaced. Not to mention that the shoes, drums, and wheel cylinders have had to be replaced 4 times because there was a pressure issue in the master cylinder. I purchased this vehicle hoping to be able to get more hours at the post office so that I can take care of my kids as a single parent and have suffered a great financial lost because in the 3 months that I have had this jeep it has been down for at least half of that time. I do not recommend purchasing from here unless you have bottomless pockets because you’re going to severely suffer a financial loss.

There is nothing else I can say about this place other than it is fantastic. The employees were friendly. This is not your standard dealership. It’s like a place you can dig for gold at. Not every car there is a gem but you might find one that is to you. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a unique vehicle.

I wanted to stop by the lot and check some cars out very short notice and one of the owners came out to help me! They have a great selection and are unmatched in the Central Texas area as far as I can tell.

Purchased an ITR from TexasJDM with help from Jesse. Smooth transaction start to finish, communication was spot on. Jesse kept me informed with everything I needed to know about purchasing a JDM vehicle and nothing that I didn't. Can't recommend this place enough. The car is pretty sick too.

These folks were not serious about selling anything seemed like. I Was interested in crown and some other rhd sedans but even after waiting for one guy that was the only one authorized to talk about sales, he came across as being indifferent. Almost like he intentionally did not want to sell any of their vehicles!
I ended up buying a great crown from a small jdm dealer Houston !

The buying process from MotoVated/Texas JDM could not have been easier. 0 pressure and no added fees. The vehicle I purchased was recently serviced by Texas JDM with new fluids, battery, tires and motor mount and it runs great. Jesse and his team are knowledgeable and great people and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for RHD/JDM vehicles.

Had a great experience purchasing a Honda Stepwgn from Texas JDM. Never purchased a vehicle from out of state before, but they were honest about the condition and the pictures represented it well. Jesse picked me up in a sweet S2000 from my hotel near the airport, then gave me a tour of their awesome facility. Drove it back 15 hours to Colorado that day, and it didn’t miss a beat. Colorado was giving me some trouble trying to get it titled and Texas JDM was willing to offer assistance even after the sale. Love the van and have already taken it on a couple camping trips. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

So I bought a really nice 97 crown from these guys customer service was great they’re very easy and the cars are in great shape FOR THE MOST PART when I got home 3 hours away I had 3 dash lights come on thought it was whatever went to the store and when I came out car wouldn’t start popped the hood and the alternators smoking, now I give them three stars cause like I said the process was super easy and other than that I’ve had no issues.
Update, they saw my review and contacted me and offered a refund for the part which they are not obligated or required to do and so I’m super excited to update my review to a 5 star as these guys are super authentic and willing to make any possible wrongs right

Was look at a car and they seemed nice. but then as I decided to buy they wouldn't communicate and then told me that they just sold the one I had been talking to them about for 3 days.
If they would have answered their phone I would have gotten to buy it.
Also they changed their deposit policy over night it seemed from $100 to $500 and didn't change it on their web page and didn't inform me until I wanted to put one down. And it's none refundable so don't change your mind.
They just seemed a little snakey to me after getting run around.

For $100, they held a car for two weeks. I looked at some others, but left with the one I initially gravitated towards. There were a couple small issues with the car, but they were remedied in a timely manner. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and forthright where the car was concerned. I might have bought a more expensive car, but they educated me about parts availability issues, and steered me towards a more practical purchase... At their own expense at that. It's too early to tell how the story ends, but the experience at the beginning wasn't bad at all. I would highly recommend paying them a visit if you want or need to drive from the wrong side of the car. You should probably pick up a watermelon while you're in town as well. 5 stars because six aren't available.
