In the land of BBQ and Mexican food, this place is an oasis. Just finding a dining atmosphere that is peaceful and tranquil is a chore, but this place delivers this and spectacular food. The Chef owns the place and puts her heart and soul into both service and quality. If you live within 20 miles of Luling, you need to move this place up on your priority list of dining experiences.

What a pleasure! Great and knowledgeable selection of wines. The owner, Blue, it’s beautiful inside and out. The food is definitely five-star.
I would be remiss not to mention the water! It reminds me of being a child and drinking straight out of a cold artesian well!

In Good Spirits has me in good spirits! This place is a one of a kind dining experience. The owner and chef picked the perfect wine for my friend and I. We both chose the steak with potatoes and chimichurri sauce. The food was elite, comparable to high end restaurants in big cities. Can’t wait to come back and try everything on the menu!

Best hidden gem in the area. We are so fortunate to have such an amazing place here in Luling. The food is absolutely AMAZING, owner fantastic, and the wine choice is superb with a highly reasonable price point. After living in Austin for 6 years and Luling going on 3, i have never paid tribute to a place I love more than good spirits. I come here to work, drink, eat and to find amazing people with every visit a success. If you don't drink, come for the food, if you don't eat, come for the people and if you don't talk, you can find solitude. Support your local business and treat yourself by being in good spirits!

Going to Luling is normally a barbecue kind of thing. But! Check this out! By far one of the best restaurants I’ve had the fortune to come across. I normally go to Luling for the barbecue but every now and then your tastebuds need something a little different. I found different. Not just different but Excellent. If you like good wine and beer with good food, good music I have the spot for you. just give it a try , you won’t regret it. You’ll be wanting to tell everybody that you know all about it.

After hearing raving review, went to have a late lunch. Oh my goodness! Another gem. Food was great, moscato wine was some of the best I've ever had. Owner was super sweet as well. Definitely bringing my husband next time, cause he would be all over the elk burger.

So much more than a wine store (though their selection is excellent and predominately organic or naturally grown). We had a terrific brunch here and will absolutely be back. A great find.

The food is excellent, the wine and beer selection abundant and the Chef/Owner really knows her food and wine. A delightful and unexpected gem in the midst of barbecue and home cooking. Check hours. She has Sunday brunch.

Well, I did not see that coming. We needed to grab some food during a drive from San Marcos to Houston and BBQ just didn't sound good. We saw this from the street and decided to take a chance. I got the beet and burrata salad and my husband got the elk burger. Both were great. There were other starters that looked good, too. It was a great pitstop and a healthy and tasty meal.

I live in San Antonio, but took a day trip to the town of Luling. What luck to find this super cute gourmet restaurant, as most places seem to be closed on Sunday. We thoroughly enjoyed the brunch. The owner takes such pride in every dish, the flavors were spot on, SO delicious. I had Ahi tuna that was seared to perfection complimented with baby bokchoy and portobello mushrooms. And the mimosa definitely had fresh squeezed orange juice. My friend got the waffle, which was made with same day fresh ground flour, and was honestly the best waffle I have ever tasted! I now need to plan a trip back for the dinner! Thank you for the great experience!!

My friend took me here for a late lunch and it was perfect. Chef was attentive and fun to be around! Clean place and clean bathroom (which says a lot for me!!) ? Food was five stars hands down! So thankful you brought this place to Luling!!!
