Needed a rest stop to get out and stretch between Houston and San Antonio and Buc-ee’s Luling was the winner! Definitely live up to their claim of cleanest toilets in Texas - spotless. There is a massive supply of Buc-ee branded goods if you are into that sort of thing - you don’t get that at Exxon or Shell!

While I was enjoying the drive from Austin to Victoria, I saw a beautiful colored building along the street and stopped by ?️
Once inside, you'll find lots of fun character products and a wide variety of original products ?
All of them are very attractive and I want them ?
Although it was Saturday evening, there were so many customers ?➡️
The burgers and sweets prepared inside the shop also look very delicious?

I loved going to buccees! I really went mainly for their tasty BLTs and chicken strip with sweet and sour sauce which really made them stand out. They now took away the kiosks to buy them and now offer generic stuff that is mass made and left out and for what? So they can boost profits??? It sucks i have find a new place to get food. I mean sure they do have a wide selection of snacks and stuff but many gas stations do too. I even tried their fried chicken sandwich and their chicken tenders with fries to see if it was good. The fries taste like actual cardboard and the chicken tenders and fried chicken sandwich was actually flavorless and DEFINITELY NOT WORTH what you pay to buy it. Looks like I'll have to find a new place to shop for food because buccees sucks and took away food customization cause they don't care about the consumers and just catering to their share holders.

I want there today at 10p.m to buy food I got kicked out because I was in a 18 wheeler and we are not allowed to be there one employee told us. WOW that is so wrong me and my kids are now hungry very disappointed about this rule.

My family and I frequent Luling Buc ees on the way in to visit family in Houston. It's our beacon of almost being there and excitement for new gear and snacks. We've never had any issues especially traveling in a 40ft RV most of the time with a trailer carrying our suv. I wish I could say this much anticipated visit was the same but unfortunately it was not. On the morning of 8/30/24 we arrived in Luling to Buc ees after an 18hr travel day. We planned our trip around stopping, shopping and resting at this location. We arrived after 1230am. My family of 5 and my MIL with excitement shopped in store spending over $300 in about an hour as well as fueling up with diesel. We exited excited to eat our texas cheesesteak burritos and snacks while we park and get some rest ready for our last travel day. At this point it is past 2am. We find parking for our RV in a non populated area of the store right by gated area for construction and out of the way of traffic. Abided all rules and regulations considering we were in an RV. I have pictures and proof if need be. Well we barely finished eating when we heard a knock on the door. A lady manager telling us we could not be there for more than 3 hours and had to leave. We assured her we shopped and were customers enjoying a late dinner and wanted to rest until we left in the morning after we shopped and ate breakfast in Buc ees again. She said she was going to check the cameras and see when we arrived but needed to leave by 3 hours from arrival. There are no signs stating limits to customer parking or overnight staying. We were not asking to park or camp there for days. We just needed a few hours to eat, sleep a few hours to eat again there in store then head out. We were out of the way and not causing any issues. We are a family who look forward to our Buc ees visits but unfortunately now has been tainted. I know the rules of no big rigs and we were in a motorhome epitome of family roadtrip. Since it was about 3am I did not wait for the less than 1 hour left until she wanted us to leave bc we needed rest for the road. We left causing no drama but very upset and disappointed by the whole situation. I hope Buc ees looks into this oversight and fixes this issue that should never have happened. It's ridiculous especially taking all precautionary measures to stay safe and out of the way to ensure a short morning stay before traveling the last leg of our trip. I have receipts and pictures of everything if need be.

First, I go to a Buc-ee’s every day. Most of the staff are welcoming. However, I don’t find this true at the Luling store. Also, every time I go into the Luling store I see folks with pets. Many of those are actually on leashes and not being held. There is a sign no pets. I have taken mine in but always carry her. Are pets allowed or not?

Who doesn't love Buc-ee's. It does get pricey if you get a lot of things if your not close to one. Tried the beast burrito and not bad, most of the filling was on one side but once i opened up to put hot sauce i mixed it around. Restrooms always good, this location isnt small anymore. But people still manage to stand in the way. They are still doing construction and seems like less pumps than other places, maybe more pumps at the old building site in the future.
